Food was served surprisingly slowly. We waited more than 20 minutes despite ordering at around 5.30pm, when the restaurant wasn’t busy. There were four staff on duty, with two taking orders at the cashier while the others were serving customers, so the long wait was unexpected. We were seated indoors where there was supposed to be air-conditioning, but it barely felt cool—perhaps because of Singapore’s hot weather. The food itself was decent. The fish curry was good as usual—thick, rich, and nicely spicy. However, the long wait and the lack of cooling indoors affected the overall dining experience.

Damn good. Fresh & crispy prata, good drinks. Asked for less oil (prata) & less sweet (drink) - appreciate they rlly did it Staff helped to keep an eye on my table while I went in to get curry so the birds don’t steal my food 😄 Nice & windy sitting outside too

It's a hit and miss place. Good for your quick prata fix. Good for self service curry serving. Seats are limited. Aircon area is oily due to the kitchen but outside is hot. 🤣 Quite costly for prata to me. There's one time I ordered plaster prata (prata with sunny side up plastered in the outside) that turned out to be very well cooked egg and the staff says "it's like that" 🤦 They do have innovative offers like plaster blaster which comes with runny eggs like what a plaster is supposed to come with. This is my favorite item from the chain.

I've been to the Rail Mall branch quite a number of times and I really like the food. Thought I would give the Junction 10 one a try today. Really gotta say, the service is much slower and overall experience wasn't as good. Foodwise, I thought the regular plain prata was still ok but the cheese prata and onion prata didn't really hit the mark, doesn't have that classic prata taste and it felt a little tasteless and empty. Butter chicken was ok. The self served curry were also alright. Kambing soup was fire though, I thought it was great. We made a second order for a drink mid way while we were dining, just a simple ice tea and it took forever, after waiting about 15 mins and prompting twice, still nothing, by then we already finished the food so we requested to switch the order to go and the same waiter asked for extra 20 cents to take away. Kinda frustrating. I get thing can get pretty busy but I think based on the amount of time we wait and prompting done and what we ordered, it's just really too slow and they didn't really care to fulfil.

It's incredibly impressive! The staff was exceptional, always smiling warmly. Springleaf is a new thing I'm trying for the first time. The texture and crispness of the prata were perfect! The tea was also excellent! Everyone should consider this highly recommended
