My favorite indian restaurant has opened at Pasir Ris Downtown! Lamb Shank Biryani is really good, basmati rice is flavorful and fragrant! Place is slightly small but will do. Has a foot-operated sink to wash your hands here. The prata here is super on point and crispy as usual!

It's clear this restaurant has just opened its doors; the ambiance is fresh yet comes with teething issues. The cash-only policy is understandable, though inconvenient. The limited space led to a long waiting line, and the dripping AC needs attention. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, reflecting in the service speed and order mix-ups. A self-service curry corner was unnoticed due to lack of signage. Despite these hurdles, the potential is there. With more preparation and perhaps digital payment options, this place could flourish. Patience seems key for now.

Now there is no need for us the drive down to Jalan Tua Kong for our weekly prata fix. The new store here has taken over the premises of the previous noodles shop. The pratas are made fresh and are crispy and delish. The metal plates used here are smaller than the usual ones at Jalan Tua Kong, so it can be slightly challenging to eat when the prata pieces are longish - just cut them in half, I know, but I like them crispy so need to avoid splashing curry on them. The place has limited seating inside and out, so it would also be interesting to see when it gets fully crowded. Hoping they will have the crowds, and capacity, to become a 24 hour joint for this area.

Finally an authentic Roti Prata in Downtown East. Located beside Wild Wild Wet making a good choice after the Funs. Indoor & Outdoor Seats available as choices. Very interesting Counter: Self Service Curry & Cutlery, making your dine in experience to the Max for Curry Lover. Choice of Prata is super wide range, what you can think of is there for you to order. F&B challenges always Manpower, with the right mindset before dine is will always make your trip enjoyable. Menu is available in the Google Map sharing so have a view before heading and start ordering your favourite.

Famous shop, just opened in downtown East. Liked their self-service curry. Got one biryani and a masala dosai for two people. Good value for money. Tasty food and friendly staff. Only thing, they don't have Paywave, but you can use Paynow. Last order time is 9:30 PM.

This afternoon my sister & I visited Springleaf Prata Place at the newly opened outlet (downtown east).. very yummy food & they have both aircon seats + outside seats to enjoy our food. I like that they have a wide spread of the Menu and is very affordable.. they also have set meal which can save more! Very friendly staffs & their prata is the best in Singapore! Thumbs up to the food! Will definitely visit again since they have more than 10 outlets islandwide :)

Free flow curry, huge drink, high quality masala chicken thigh (more and more establishments are using chicken breast), highly recommend. The rice was slightly less of quality, sadly (not much flavour, not much bite). Affordable, though.

Food is good. The thosai and prata is nice, and the chicken curry also (free flow, together with fish curry option). Curries are kept warmed/hot in the self service counter, and definitely taste better than the watery curry found in most coffeeshop. Price is reasonable too. I think the kitchen can be blur or only one cook, we were the only customer and my thosai came fast but the plain prata took quite long (since another customer came).Overall it came before I feedback, and then my next thosai order came super fast.

Bustling place for all day dining, love their plain pratas, super crispy & fluffy. You can enjoy with free flow self help hot fish or chicken curry. Their thosai is also thinner, lighter and crispier. Be prepared to wait especially on weekends or peak periods.

I love prata and this prata place is one of the best! If you want to try prata in different level, this place is for you! Tried their unique prata and all of them got my 2 thumbs up! I tried their Plaster Blaster, Cheese Mozarella Prata, Ultimate Murtabak, and other menu. Love their free flow curry too!! Oh! The staffs there is super friendly! Highly recommended, and sure will come back again!!

Excited to try but found the food average. Really enjoyed the food at another outlet but somehow this outlet food wasn’t so impressive. Prata was okay but not wow. Thosai wasn’t very crispy and masala spiced not as fragrant as I hoped! Hot drinks were not bad though.

I always rely on Springleaf Prata Place for my prata cravings, and I'm wrapping up 2023 by indulging in their exclusive festive menu: the Prata Roll! Each bite is a delight, especially with the gooey cheese. It's no surprise that it's in demand and only offered in December! Hoping it makes a return in 2024!I had a delightful dining experience at the newly opened outlet, thanks to the friendly staff providing excellent service, and I particularly enjoyed helping myself with the Self- Service Curry!
