We were served by Ben, who provided truly excellent customer service and ensured that we had a great dining experience from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and took the time to share detailed information about the food, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Ben also made high-quality drinks and thoughtfully explained the different types of drinks available, helping us choose what suited our preferences best. Thank you, Ben, for your kind, professional, and exceptional service — it really made our dining experience memorable.

Thai boat Noodle soup taste great and consistance as other Sap Sap Thai outlets. The Fish could be separated from the soup. It turns soggy with thick-coated Dough, which is bad to finish. like the noodle as it's springy as it always be. Thai Basil Chicken was ok with the taste and spiciness, but the dough is thick as well. and there's a small Tang Hoon salad served on the side, which is appetizing because it's sour. Staff wasn't look happy when I order a big bottle of Thai Milk Tea, and she doesn't seems like wanna take my order when there's no queue and very quiet period. She doesn't listen to the request for less ice which the 1.5L of Thai Milk Tea filled full with ice, shaken the bottle to tighten the ice before the milk tea is filled.

Food - Mediocre taste, lukewarm at best, texture still alright Service - Counter staff was ok; old cleaner aunty pretty rude grumbled at us about receipts on the floor not thrown by us (can consider to fire her) Utensils- Dirty, found morsels of rice on back of spoon Atmosphere - Nothing to shout about

Food quality really so bad. Fried fish and chicken coated with super thick flour.
