Seafood Caribbean is as the other reviews stated ; severely undercooked for the mussels esp . Has a weird taste. Soup is cold not even extra hot like they’re preparing for closing. Sadly other outlets like Tampines still have standards. I don’t know if this outlet the ppl have given up. They’ve also prepared the order wrong and didn’t understand what was wrong when I explain 3 times regarding my friend’s serious seafood allergy. most restaurants apologize and just replace without asking why they need to change it

To be honest, the food is really quite bad for a chain cafe. The tomyum soup was rather bland & oily - only saving grace was that the prawns were pretty decent. The Krapow beef tasted more like Bulgogi and even then, there was hardly any flavour. You’ll be better off having a meal at the food court - the food would generally be tastier. No service to speak of, since we ordered from the kiosk. They simply pass you the dish once it’s ready. Would have given it only one star, if not for the ambience - pretty clean and quiet.

Did they change recipe recently? I ordered extra soup thinking would be the usual warm tasty soup but end up the soup is saltish and very different than usual. It is black in color, taste like light sauce or dark sauce is added to the soup. Is it normal? Regretful visit

Saap Saap Thai @ T3 Public located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 #B2- 33. Restaurant always empty and not crowded. Ordering can only be done thru self ordering kiosk, which is convenient, but few times the system was found hanging and it took some times to order. Seem like not user friendly. For dessert, we tried the mango sticky rice, which the rice was not fully cooked, mango not ripe tasted sour, previously bought lemon grass drink, so sorry it really tasteless at all like drinking plain water. Food are pricey and food below average. Need to improve on food quality and service standard as they are located at Changi Airport 🛫 🛬 outlet . Lastly, we don't mind we paid a little bit more but food must be at least acceptable.

Seating capacity is comfortably spread out. Thai tea taste pretty authentic. The noodles were a bit chewy and required sone effort to bite into. The beef soup is flavourful. The beef slices in the beef noodle soup were very chewy and elastic.
