Order via self service kiosk was easy. Service was prompt as well on weekend dinner. One needs to find a seat/table before ordering. The combo meals seem quite value for money. Boat noodles were average not too sweet. The meat was tender but the softness of tendons varied. Fried chicken was crispy and mango stick rice was average. Lemon grass drinks were not too sweet and refreshing.

Superb Thai food with a fusion of Malay influence. The Thai chicken rice and beef noodle was excellent and really tasty. Got the combo set that comes with Thai milk tea and mango sticky rice. Both for $40. Good enough while unable to go to Bangkok :)

Eating at Saap Saap Thai in IMM for first time. Tom yam fried fish noodle is good. I like my fried chicken noodle. Taste original like in Thailand. Recommended. But staff appeared unhappy when asked to assist in using the self ordering kiosk.

A heart warming Thai restaurant. Notice the portion has come back, as there was one period the portion really become children meal size (except for white rice). Tomyum chicken portion did not come back. See pictures, so dun dare to order much. Testing testing.. That why I did this post as today portion came back for beef soup. No doubt Taste is still great and heart warming.

Horrendous. Portions for babies. Ordered seafood Caribbean soup and there’s literally two spoonfuls of soup in the delivery. Ordered green curry, literally 1/4 of the bowl had curry. Were we given leftovers? Honestly, would never order from them again. Why even fulfill the order if you’re not going to give a reasonable portion? Am I anorexic? What am I supposed to eat? 0/10 will not recommend, DO NOT order from this EMBARRASSMENT of a food store. Just look at the miserable portions in the photos below. Eh, if you all not enough ingredients then just close the shop for the day la. Waste my time sia.

Delicious food! Noodle Soup is made with beef tallow and topside beef were tender. Dessert is awesome although I find it a little too sweet. Chicken rice is yummy too got that grill taste and refreshing veges.

Ordered the beef noodle set using the self-service kiosk and self-collect at counter when buzzer alert. The beef noodle has a drink (chose Cha Red Tea Jelly), Beef Noodle and 2 fried chicken (wing and drumette) and costed $13.90. It was an average meal considering the price.

Had a really nice Thai lunch here at a good price. The curry was yummy as was the basil chicken. Portion size was good for one person.

Excellent customer service. My first time eating Saap Saap Thai. I give it 7.5/10. Their chicken rice dish… chicken is the best I have ever eaten.. I could eat that every day. Fried to perfect crispness and so flavourful. But the rice 🍚 cannot make it. My daughter also doesn’t fancy the rice 🍚 and couldn’t finish it. But we both ❤️ the chicken. So many restaurants owners don’t invest in good rice 🍚. Maybe due to costs considerations but good rice 🍚 will improve the taste of the dish. The Soda Mango Nectar drink was so sweet. I added mineral water to dilute the sweetness but it’s still too sweet for me so I only ate the mango 🥭 chunks. My daughter said it’s appropriately named nectar for a reason. Other than that, my first experience eating Saap Saap Thai was great. 👍🏻 Love ❤️ their menu. So many items to choose from and all priced reasonably.

If you are missing the halal thai boat noodles, must come here. The beef is very tender and very close to thai street food. The fried chicken noodle also is very good. The thai milk tea with black pearls is quite unique, it pops in your mouth and is not like the chewy type. I like the mango ice cream they put on one of the thai milk tea but when mixed it doesn't taste as nice. You better stick to the standard thai milk tea. For dessert, The mango sticky rice is small but adequate to make you full, the mango sago is also okay if you craving for that salty and sweet combination. Overall, if you are really craving for halal Thai noodles, this is the place for you. It's similar to the halal street noodle in Thailand. Disclaimer: I havent tried their other menu items such as the fried chicken and rice meals, that will be for another review next time we eat at saap saap thai.

I tried the dry noodles and crispy chicken for once instead of the beef noodles. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The noodles were done perfectly, not too soft not too hard.

An quite-okay shopping mall experience. I'm coming back from Thailand, where I enjoyed many great soups with plenty of fresh herbs inside at every street corner, which aren't really served in that meal. Not bad but any excessive recommendation. It seems to be a self service restaurant, but even in those places where you have to pick up your meal for yourself and return your plate should at least the tables get regularly cleaned. Unfortunately not that case, so only 2 stars for service.
