Quite a lovely thai joint. Their food is simple, bold, and flavourful. Portion sizes are well worth your buck, and the green curry chicken comes chockful of meat that I think it’s incredibly value for money! Only $8.60 for such a set. Doubt you will find such a good meal that is equally as filling for such a steal.

Had the crispy chicken noodle soup take away previously and they had the chicken thrown into the soup and they turned out soggy. Have it dine in this time and the same happened. Shouldn't it be a standard protocol for the chicken to be served separately? As the name has it "crispy chicken" not soggy chicken. They staff insist this is their SOP and if I want them on a separate plate, I need to tell them at the counter. Why then do you not have the option at the self service counter? When I asked for a plate they gave me one that is wet. In any case it shouldn't be thrown in the soup. Defeat the purpose of having crispy chicken.

We tried Saap Saap Thai on recommendation from a relative. We had both the Signature Chicken Bowl and Signature Beef Bowl at $9.80 each. The portion and quality was decent but the space felt a bit cramped for any family, it's more of a couples place, given a lot of cooking stock and items are literally placed outside. The portion was good and the taste was fine, with spice and taste adequate. Would recommend for someone who doesn't have that much knowledge of the cuisine but just wants to try the food. I would recommend this place if you want Thai food. Affordable prices, no service charge. I tried Yum Thai Salad Glass Noodles with Crispy Chicken (S$6.50), Mango Tango Classic (S$5.50), Iced Thai Milk Tea (S$2.50). All delicious. Fried chicken was crispy and glass noodles was a bit spicy, sweet and sour. Nice!! I would order again.

Small busy spot beside the pho street . But fully automated machine that supports all sort of payment with affordable Thai food with no extra charge . The crispy chicken rice set with Tom yum sauce is very generous with the chicken portion and a very nice kick to the plate . The boat noodle is too little on the other hand but great taste . Quick place to get ur Thai food mix . I have to complain about the Thai milk tea , it’s too bland and too much shaved ice, I get little aroma and personally I can make a better cup of Thai milk tea . Still very recommended. The sauce and the flavour is authentic .

Ordered mango sticky rice … Rice is worst n uncooked n feel not cooked n grainy …n taste plastic artificial rice Cost $7.30 not worth instead better try in food courts if u have bad craving for this dessert Team pl check why rice was uncooked n very grainy Will never try at this location If you want to try the same try from terminal 3

Awful! The crispy fish rice and tom yam soup were EXTREMELY SALTY.🤮 The only edible part of my meal was the rice. Will never buy from this shop again! My tom yam soup order was also wrong. Ordered sliced fish but was given beef. Terrible. The mango in the mango sticky rice was also pathetically small!

Quality of food really has dropped throughout the years. Inconsistent and lousy. Today I received tomyum soup that is not spicy AT ALL. This isn’t even an exaggeration. Soup tastes like milky water. As someone who has always frequented this place, this is a disappointing experience. Have some standards and do something about it!
