Loved the look of the store. Its vibrant and colourful. Bought the soft serve too, had the must try Cookie Soft Serve. At $7.90, I love the portable portion of the waffle against the cooling not so sweet ice cream. The base was cookie like and proportions was quite good. Only thing is that it is quite filling. Should have skipped my meal before.

Ordered double fantasy at $7.90. The soft serve is cookie based, but taste wise nothing to shout about. Portion is rather small for this price point. Overall it’s underwhelming, probably won’t repurchase again.

we had the pick & choose ice cream for $6.90 with cookie based ice cream (standard, cannot choose) and 2 toppings and 1 sauce. overall - okay, ice cream not much taste, crushed famous amos cookies on top nothing wow but probably wouldn’t have it again 🤨

Disappointed of this branches, taste not same as last time, nuts not fresh and cookies leak. Will not buy again.

I always buy my muffin or brownie and they will heat it up for me. This lady today was soo rude and told me they don't heat up any of their food. Service is also very bad. Last time buy anything from here. Plus the muffin is super cold and dry.

While on my way to lunch, I couldn't resist the temptation of the ice cream shop I passed by. My longing for a creamy treat led me to purchase an ice cream even before my meal. I ordered chocolate fantasy and it turned out to be a delightful choice. The smoothness of the cream was perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness. The delightful addition of a waffle, cookie crumbs and rich chocolate sauce enhanced the experience even further. Already looking forward to my next visit to try the cookie mania flavor. :D~~

Tasty soft serve ice cream and Famous Amos toppings at a reasonable price. It’s quite similar to other “soft serve and toppings” or “frozen yogurt and toppings” joints, except that here they use Famous Amos cookie crumbs and cookie syrup. We enjoyed the apple topping, which is kind of like an apple pie filling. The servers were really friendly to kids too, which is nice. You can buy the cookies by themselves too (but perhaps the selection has become slightly smaller than before).

the waffle and brownie toppings were good, but very disappointed over the amount of toppings given, it was two pieces of brownies and a small amount of cookies at most, see picture for reference lol, $7.9 for this

Great customer service! There was an elderly male worker who saw my friend eating her MacDonald ice cream, and offered her a small sample of their ice cream to let her taste which one was better. Uncle really knew how to appeal to the younger generation & joked with us. For the food, I got $6.90 customisable one. The toppings should be more generous for that price. The ice cream is cookie based & is subtle. Wouldn’t recommend though because it doesn’t really stand out compared to others like Llao llao with more toppings given to customers for the same price

To me, the cookie ice cream base really tastes like play-dough but maybe that’s just me. But the serving size is absolutely humongous and the toppings are nice (although the toppings are a bit ungenerous) . It’s just the ice cream base that kind of ruins it

presentation of the food is stunning, taste wasnt too sweet which was prefect but wouldnt say its the best thing ever. store was located at a non crowded place and i approve of it so much

Interesting concept. Very good advertising and hype around it. There's a queue constantly. But sadly it was all hype. I got the cookiemania coz it felt like the safest thing to get. Soft serve was good. Not very sweet. Had the Mr softee vibe to it which I really like. The cookie crumbs were great. Not alot but great. The waffle was cold which I understand. Coz they probably pre made them and cut them into quarters before hand. Idea and concept is there but I honestly don't feel the need to get them again after trying it once. I don't think I'll crave it at all. Would probably just get a cone if they even sell it... Coz for that price range it's not that great.

The soft serve was good and the brownie was BUSSINNN but will really make you crave for water 😭 had to order a starbucks lemonade js to go with it but personally, i dont have a sweet tooth so it was quite sweet for me, probably if you have a sweet tooth, you might think otherwise but the softserve tho, legit milky and creamy
