The chocolate chip muffin I got was a bit stale and hard. Appreciate that the staff were helpful to label my muffins so I could tell which is which.

27 Jun: 2:34pm. I wanted to commend Amelia from Famous Amos at Tampines Mall for her outstanding customer service. During my visit, there were network issues with the store's payment system, and I could only pay using my ShopBack account. Unfortunately, I was also experiencing mobile network problems and couldn't even load the ShopBack app. Amelia kindly lent me her hotspot so I could complete my payment. She was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process and remained patient while I sorted everything out. Her willingness to help made what could have been a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience. Employees like Amelia are a true asset to Famous Amos. Thank you, Amelia, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service!

we went to buy some cookies this afternoon around 1.00 pm + the service girl is horribly rude and unfriendly. It is a surprise that this company has been in business for so long with good reputation having such a bad attitude with customers . I think the management should know .
