Appreciation for Excellent Service Dear Management, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received at Famous Amos. A big thank you to Supervisor Jenny and staff member Abu for their outstanding service. They were very patient, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist made my experience very pleasant. Customer service like this truly reflects well on the brand, and it made me enjoy my visit even more. Please extend my gratitude to both Jenny and Abu for their wonderful service. Thank you once again for the great experience. Best regards, Lynn Poh

Staff started using her phone in front of me even though the cookies were already packed next to her. Had to wait until she was done using her phone so I could pay. Cookies taste good tho.
