Fresh cookies, nice smell, and friendly service! 🍪 Really enjoyed my visit to Famous Amos. The cookies were delicious and the staff were welcoming. Would definitely come again.

Taste as good as always. But why is the cookies so small ?? This time round bought it more of the nuts less of the cookie batter.

My mother's encounter with an Indian staff (don't rmb her name hence the description) 24 May evening was unpleasant for her. She asked for her cookies to be packed in the air tight bags, which the lady even assured her so after confirming, but did not fulfill her request mindlessly upon packing the goods. She also ordered the famous Amos brookie, pointed physically and mentioned verbally, but only realised she received the wrong one upon reaching home. Even worse, the brownie was a total disappointment in taste – cakey with a whole lot of melted chocolate on top compared to the proportion of cake. Lastly, the staff also asked whether she wanted plastic bag and keyed the extra charge into the pos, instead of informing her verbally of the extra cost if the store do charge – a lack of human communication overall. My mother felt that there was no customer service attitude overall (obviously so from her experience) and seriously expressed that she will not be visiting this Famous Amos outlet again. Besides, I noticed the promotions were not displayed properly on my personal visit (facing non customer side and place at far end) and only realised after I made payment, which was a pity.

I would like to share some feedback on the cookies I received as a Christmas gift from my company and recently tried. The cookies were very crispy and fragrant, and I really enjoyed the texture and aroma. However, I personally felt that they were quite sweet. As the government is encouraging people to reduce sugar intake and lead a healthier lifestyle, perhaps you may consider introducing a reduced-sugar option or revamping the recipe in the future. I believe this could appeal to more health-conscious customers while still allowing them to enjoy your products. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration.

Famous amos is a classic, always on point. Got the butterscotch chip with pecan and it is delightfully crisp, and not too sweet. Got the triple chocolate simple cookie too and it was a little bit too sweet. It was super fragrant though. The staff at the counter is really friendly and patient too!
