I cant give a Zero star to write a review. Is not even worth one star. I ordered a plain wafle afew times and was served by this Malay woman. Her attitude was SO bad. I gave her two dollar coin and a 10 cent and dont know why the hell she shook her head purposely right infront of me. Then when the wafle was ready, she raised her voice twice impatiently. I hope the person in charge will review the attitude of your staff. So many complaints about yr staff attitude. And the malay aunty, if u are so bad temper and reluctant to serve, dont work la. Nobody can stand you. Terrible

Here for my waffle fix ~ Customer service was good, unlike what earlier reviews wrote. Thanks for the thick peanut filling!

The standard of the waffle has dropped. Bought cheese waffle and this is what I had. Not only is the cheese not in the waffle, the amount of cheese is small. When I bring back to the shop, the auntie insisted that they added 2 slices of cheese. You judge by yourself. I frequent this shop and the thickness as well as the amount of filling has dropped.

Bad attitude aunty staff! I stopped by and bought a waffle and aunty gave me a hand sign to ask me wait outside the shop while I still planning to buy other bread. Even thought if I only buy waffle why I can’t wait inside the shop? I understand if they are cleaning the shop but they are not and there are no other customer in the shop! Won’t visit this shop again!

Today, I stopped by to buy a small cake. Since I’m a huge cake lover, I usually buy one from wherever I happen to be passing by, spending whatever I can afford. No matter which shop it is, I always ask if I can get a spoon. Today was no different, but when I asked, the cashier gave me a dirty look and said they didn't have any. Regardless of how much a customer spends, we are still customers and deserve respect. I’m writing this review because I feel very upset about my experience today.
