I am very disappointed with the customer service at this bakery. I have visited several times to buy waffles, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. In particular, there is an older female staff member who wears glasses. During several of my visits, she appeared rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to serve customers. When I asked simple questions, such as the price of an item, she either ignored me or responded with an unpleasant attitude. Even when I showed my receipt to clarify my order, I received little to no response. During one visit, I also overheard a staff member speaking to another customer who was asking for a discounted cake price for a celebration. The staff member replied very rudely, saying, “Why must buy discount price cake? Cannot buy original price?” I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be treated politely, especially when they are simply asking about prices or promotions. What disappointed me the most was an incident where I overheard a staff member mention that a waffle was overcooked. I expected it to be remade, but instead the overcooked waffle was given to me. As a paying customer, I found this unacceptable and very disappointing. This was not an isolated incident. I have experienced poor service on multiple visits, and I have also noticed other customers leaving similar feedback. Customer service should include basic courtesy, respect, and clear communication, but unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and provides better training and supervision to improve the service standards. Until there is a noticeable improvement, I cannot recommend this bakery to others.

The bakery team consistently delivers excellent service and works very hard to prepare fresh products early every morning. However, before the mall air-conditioning is switched on, the shop becomes extremely warm due to the heat generated from the ovens and baking operations. It would be greatly appreciated if management could consider installing cooling fans or improving ventilation within the bakery area. Providing a more comfortable working environment would not only support staff wellbeing and productivity, but also contribute to a better overall experience for customers. The staffs clearly put in a lot of effort every day, and improved cooling during early operating hours would make a meaningful difference.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I specifically requested for my waffle to be made crispy, but the staff member was unwilling to accommodate the request. In addition, I ordered peanut and chocolate spread, but kaya was mistakenly added instead. When I informed the staff about the mistake, she merely scraped the kaya off the waffle and applied chocolate spread over it. However, the kaya had already seeped into the holes of the waffle. As I am allergic to kaya, the waffle was no longer safe for me to consume, and I had no choice but to throw it away entirely. Paying $3.70 for a waffle that I could not even eat due to poor handling and lack of care is extremely disappointing. What was even more upsetting was the dismissive attitude and poor service throughout the interaction. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both staff professionalism and food handling standards to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
