The service today was incredibly disappointing. A Malay makcik staff member rudely refused to prepare kaya butter bread, dismissively citing her upcoming shift end and the queue. She told me to return after 12pm. Her unprofessional attitude was shocking and left a very bitter experience. I did not get to buy the items for my parents.

Super Rude Malay auntie, my daughter was at the counter and did not do anything wrong. She was simply pointing to the weighing scale. However, the Malay lady spoke to her in a very angry and rude tone, saying “Hey, cannot” without any proper explanation.

rude malay auntie, planned on purchasing plain bread with kaya butter, however she told me that i got to wait for it as theres a queue. I told her ok, and she simply showed me that she was unhappy that I was willing to wait for it. Then she proceeded to pack my other bread and throw it on the table.
