A decent bakery that sells almost all kinds of assorted bread. As you can see from the photo, they also sells cakes and egg tart. Their business is quite good. It seems like many regular customers. I bought this plain waffle at $1.50. It is really pretty decent. Pandan waffle that is quite fragrant. It is crispy and soft. I will buy again next time. They have cream cheese flavour but sadly out of stock. It is really hot and warm.

Bake inc is located close to fengshan market. Offers variety of bread, cakes, pastries and waffles. Price starting from $1.60 for bread and offer a wide ranges. Bread are mostly delicious. Would wish the price would be slightly more affordable. The loafs bread and other bread such as red mean, Kaya, chocolate bread. Cheap and highly recommended for those. There’s no offer at night for clearing. Hoping they would.

Waffles prices increased by 20¢ but chocolate spread decreased even more. Please don't be stingy with the chocolate. Only one aunty is spreads enough 😔

Good variety and quality. Bought pandan chiffon cake $6, pizza bun whole 6 slices for $4.50. Good value. Only thing is the mode of payment is cash only no paynow as of july 2022.
