Food: Nice Services: Depending who is serving. Morning lady is always slow and rude. One time I try to help by lifting my bread after she had helped to packed so she can easily put inside the big plastic bag, she rudely says in Chinese, put down! And I told her off if I can’t help her isit, she walks off! Always giving an attitude to every customer and tends to take her own sweet time serving.

I was also at the CGH branch today 02May @ 18:30pm and attended by the same staff that the other customers mentioned here. I must say that her service is extremely rude and not up to standard. The management should address this since there are already so many bad reviews. When I asked how to differentiate the tau sar piah between the sweet and salted ones, she just told me to refer to the tags.. giving the impression that I can’t read nor illiterate. In collecting the payment, she was also impatient. I would propose the management team to let us customers know how you intend to handle this.

Hi, I went to Bake Inc this morning at CGH and ordered a chocolate waffle served by a Malay staff with thick makeup. I didn’t check the waffle on the spot, but when I got home, I found out this was how your staff had sold it to me. It was so hard that my son couldn’t even bite it. I also want to give feedback about your staff’s attitude. She was very rude. When she spoke to me, I was feeling quite blur and drowsy after taking medication. She then spoke to another customer and said she had to repeat her question to me many times while I was right there and could hear her! What kind of behaviour is that? Please take my feedback seriously, as I really loved your waffle the previous time I went there, but this experience was such a disappointment.

Rude Malay auntie who treated my food like one not for human consumption. She gave a Malay customer her bread but didn’t collect cash. I moved up and she asked me for the cash. Later on the Malay auntie paid up. It wasn’t until later I figured out she meant that she thought I stole it. Patronise at your own risk.

No one manning the counter. Even when I stood and signal to the Malay female staff for 5 mins whom saw me, she was very reluctant to work the waffle machine unless I rang the very discreet red bell by the counter. The Chinese female staff was behind watching her phone to learn how to roll a dough while hands on. The Malay female staff's attitude was beyond horrible. I gave up
