A bread that looks fluffy when you buy it becomes flat as soon as you start eating it. The breads are too tiny and not compact and it’s not even filling. Hopefully can improvise on this because otherwise the taste is good

Large selection of bakes and buns. Their danish and puff pastries look good so we bought some. The mushroom cheese and chicken sausage puff and the sardine danish all taste really mediocre and rather bland.

Really bad experience with the cashier at this outlet — so guai lan. The auntie cashier shouted at me in Chinese saying the cash register doesn’t have PayWave. When I asked how I could pay then, she rudely said, “You cannot see meh, here can scan.” There were three people in the queue, and before I even scanned, she took my bread and threw it aside to attend to the next customer. I said hello, I’m using PayNow, why throw my bread? The lady beside me also said she was so rude, next time don't buy from this place and I totally agree. Basic customer service is completely missing. Don't recommend buying here !

Had a really terrible staff experience at this outlet. An elderly lady with a long ponytail at the cashier was very rude when I asked if I could use scan-and-pay. She then told me to hurry because there was a customer behind me — even though the lady behind me said she was just browsing and not in the queue. Her attitude was curt and unprofessional. To make things worse, another elderly staff member (or possibly the same lady) was sweeping the floor during opening hours around 3pm while several customers were buying bread — not very hygienic. The cashier even glared and shouted at me to move. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. Management really needs to retrain their staff.

Delicious and fluffy Bread. Lots of bread variation and they sells fresh pancake. Before closing, all of the bread variant just S$5 for 3.
