Disappointing experience. I visited to ask about a customised cake, but the Vietnamese staff simply told me to contact the factory myself instead of helping. I also bought a sandwich that tasted sour. When I returned to exchange it, the Chinese lady seemed unhappy and made me feel like she didn’t believe me. Customer service needs improvement.
