my review will be quite long as i genuinely feel so uplifted by this. the curly haired cashier was so nice to me, i was evidently having a bad day and she said i mog her :)) btw i never had auntie anne’s before but she kind of had this welcoming aura that made me consider. also, she was really kind and engaging towards the customers behind me and it was all fun and jokes 😆😆 food was rlly good too!!! cashier reco me sour cream pretzel and gave me a generous amount of sour cream powder. 10/10 will come back again 😋😋

I really enjoy Auntie Anne’s, but I had a disappointing experience on Thursday, 2 April 2026 around 5:30 PM. A plump boy/guy made me and the customer ahead of me wait to order while he talked to his two female colleagues, repeatedly saying ‘I know where you’re coming from.’ It took almost 5 minutes as we stood there watching him talk. Because of this, I had to wait longer than necessary, and he even forgot to give me a stick for my Eclair Stix. I understand that casual conversation at work is normal, especially during downtime or while waiting for pretzels to cook. However, when customers are waiting, service should come first. Conversations can continue after attending to customers. I hope this can be improved, as I really enjoy your products and would like to continue having a good experience. Thanks
