I had tried these pretzels in Chicago and thought it would taste soft here too But to my surprise the pretzel sticks were not soft and turned out to be a bit hard The Cinnamon sugar was fresh though but the pretzels tasted stale As I took take away and thought I would eat while shipping tea tarik just outside the Parkway Parade mall But I am quite disappointed with the staleness of the pretzel sticks

Inconsistent food quality. Bought the seaweed pretzel and it tasted bitter. I realised one side was burnt. Literally threw half away. The seaweed was not flavoured and tasted bland. I will think twice before ordering.

23 August 2024 Have been eating at the Auntie Anne's Parkway branch since awhile back, and while I don't eat it super often, I'm delighted that their pretzels are always piping hot and the toppings (in this cinnamon sugar) are substantial. Standards still haven't dropped at all!
