Standing there waiting to be served but the staff just ignore us for 10mins. Unfriendly staff!

Had steak lunch this afternoon about 2pm. Steak is so so. Waitress who cleared my left table was rushing even though there was no queue. She dropped all the bowls and the last thing I couldn’t imagine was sauces, cabbages & noodles strains flying onto my skirt, blouse and neck. She apologised and helped me clean a little. All staffs tried to pretend nothing happened. So I wave to the manager in charge. I asked her for refund and she was very polite. The refund was immediate. I told her to tell the waitress to be more careful the nexr time . It spoiled my Sunday afternoon since I had to skip shopping and rush home to wash my sticky neck & blouse. What an experience!

I visited this new eatery at Waterway Point and had a pretty frustrating experience. I ordered the ramen at 11:33 AM, but it wasn’t served until 12:11 PM. A 37-minute wait is way too long for a bowl of noodles. When I asked the staff about my ramen, he just looked at me and walked away without giving an answer, which felt incredibly rude and unhelpful. What made it even more frustrating was that everyone else at my table ordered steak, and their food was served earlier than mine. It seems like their kitchen pacing is off. To make matters worse, despite the long wait, the soup was only lukewarm. The temperature of the soup is absolutely crucial for a proper bowl of ramen. A lukewarm broth completely ruins the whole bowl of ramen. While this temperature might be safe for toddlers, it is definitely not good for adults who expect an authentic, hot bowl of soup.

Worst beef steak I ever tasted. Bitter and they marinated the meat. Not the classic beef steak.

Very disappointing experience. We planned to celebrate a birthday after dinner and simply asked if the restaurant could help keep our birthday cake while we had dinner. However, the Malay female staff immediately replied rudely, “No, no outside food allowed.” She did not even bother checking with her supervisor whether an exception could be made just to store the cake. We understand if outside food cannot be consumed in the restaurant, but we were only asking for help to keep the cake temporarily. The way she responded was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. For a birthday celebration, this level of service and lack of willingness to assist was extremely disappointing. Definitely not the kind of hospitality we expected. The assignment for our table seating also sucks. We had a total of 6 pax but we need to push the table for us to get in and get out??????? I literally dont understand this.
