Their sour cream and onion pretzels are finger-licking good as always.

Every time I purchase a pretzel dog from here, the inside layer of pretzel is fully raw dough.

I didn't expect the cashier to be rude. All I wanted was to redeem my vouchers for the cinnamon pretzels. First, did I give you permission to touch my phone? Second, if you don't except $50-dollar note you should have a BIG sign telling us that you don't except big note. No need to lecture us why you couldn't accept such big notes. If that's your attitude, let's see how long your business can last...Third, you were running all over the place attending to the oven and the cashier. I was just waiting for you to be present before making the payment. There is no need for you to "educate" me on how to use pay wave.. such a grumpy and rude employee

Bought a pretzel suspect it might have been an overnight pretzel being sold next day. Definitely not fresh made! It was extremely hard—so much so that I couldn’t even bite through it. This was really unexpected as Auntie Anne’s is usually my go-to for fresh and soft pretzels. Beware of dishonest merchant.

I have been ordering almond pretzel from auntie anne for about 20 years, from multiple different outlets already. This is the first time I’ve received one that is so burnt. I told the staff (the older one) and she reacted defensively. She said it’s not burnt, it’s because of the almond. And as she kept justifying, she kept saying ‘never mind, never mind’ in a passive aggressive manner. And she proceeded to give me one that is white in color and had very little almonds. It was also tasteless. I just wanted one that is normal and the standard- brownish/golden brown, not burnt. I hope that the service can be improved, and also for the pretzels to have a more consistent standard.
