Some staff has a bit of attitude when requesting chicken parts. With harsh gesture said “NO you cannot” Unable to change chicken due to no reason when the customer beside me are able to change. i was only sneak inside the food that was in their table collection counter but was assumed the i have taken the food from the dining table. Understand its a hygiene purpose but she should listen carefully before assuming. The one i was talking about is a tall auntie curl hair, has to call manager to settle for me. I hope i don't trouble anyone, as i only request for simple chicken parts, but was being treated harshly. In exchange of the chicken, i receive a dry small parts, instead of a fresh one. Its a really dry and soggy. Pretty sad experience, and i hope the service can be better in future.

Original chicken is crispy on the outside yet juicy and tasty on the inside. Fastastic. Spicy chicken is soft, spicy and stimulates the taste buds. Awesome. Also has special and tasty brown gravy sauce. First place in my to go list for tasty fast food chicken.

Spaghetti is nice. But not so many table, need to wait long while business time. (Especially so many students occupied table without having meals)

Fried. Chicken. @jollibeesgofficial It was my first time at their restaurant and it was a treat. The fried chicken was soft inside and crispy on the outside. The size of each chicken was nothing to complain about. I however, have a slight issue in terms of flavour. If I compared the flavour profile with KFC, jollibee wouldn’t be my first choice. Not that it didn’t have any flavour whatsoever. It had ultra mild spice that lasted for a few seconds then just disappeared into the soft and crispy chicken. If that’s your preference in terms of friend chicken then this is your haven. Overall, I’d give it a 3/5. Great job guys.

Their popular signature dish is good. The chicken is very crispy outside and soft inside. The size is quite ok. The only downside is the kiosk only have nets option, wish they add cash & ezlink payment. If you want pay by cash, need to order at the counter with their staff (they put counter closed lol). Just tell them “cash payment” and they will take your order.
