Food & Taste quality is up to standard. 👍 🍛 Seafood Cheesy Risotto ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always crowded during peak hours. Expect long queue and longer waiting time. You can order first while waiting to be seated. Scan QR code and place your order. You can choose to pay online or pay at the counter. If you pay online, your order will be serve faster. One things I don't really like for dine in is clothes and hair will get strong cooking smell. Especially for those with thick and long hair! OMG!😷

The food was great and tasty, the idea of heating up the plate so you could cook it faster is really smart and the rest was good too. Came on a weekday and it was calm and atmosphere was great. Only thing is that it’s a little expensive, but if you have the money, you should definitely come here and have a Peppered Lunch!

The pepper lunch standard here is rather consistent so far. I have been eating here occasionally ever since it opened. The staff here are friendly and courteous. Ordering can be done in advance using the qr code. The queue can get really long especially during the peak hours, so do come earlier to secure your seats!

Have not been here for awhile and notice the place change with more brighter look and vibes than before. Food was consistent. Would have given overall 5 stars. However, one thing that I dont like is…the wait staff is too fast in clearing the table. It’s like they are chasing the diners away. We just finish our meal and the wait staff just clear the hot plate without asking. Yes, I can see there is queue at the entrance, buy do let the diner have abreather after the meal. And always asked if the hot pmate could be clear, not simply grab it.

Ordered jumbo size beef. The beef is quite a lot for it but the rice not much. It was good. Usually I saw queue for the shop but this time I didn't see any queue that I went. Around 12pm in the weekend. 1pm was the timing people starts queueing here though.

Food is quite good. Love how the rice becomes crispy when cooked on the hot plate. Meat and rice is kinda less. Last time came here and ordered the student meal with upgrade to large but there was not much difference. Hope they can improve their food quantity.

This young girl deserved a thumb up. She's very attentive. When my next table dropped the utensils, she heard it, turned her head and she saw it then she walked away. Next moment, she came back with a cleaned 1 for them. Some may find it is too trivial, but i feel it's worth to be mentioned. Keep it up with this good attitude girl She's the smallest built among staff. Sorry for my blur photo

I don't like writing bad reviews for places but this review is more of a feedback based on my experience. This is my review as a first time patron of Pepper Lunch. I ordered some food for takeaway and while I was waiting in restaurant, I was told to wait outside instead, which is fine by me. But I waited outside for over 30 minutes (36 minutes in total I counted), while people who dine in and food delivery riders received their food in that time. It wasn't until one of the food delivery riders told me they saw a takeaway bag ready on the counter which I had to go and check to pick up my order. If it wasn't for the food delivery rider, I would have waited even longer. So that's the problem here, I am fine with waiting but since there is no device or any screen that says which number is ready outside the restaurant I can't tell when my food is ready, all I have is my receipt. The least and basic courtesy is to tell me when my food is ready to pick up instead of having me stand there for so long. My suggestion or feedback would be to have devices that buzzes given to people who takeaway or install a screen outside to let people who takeaway to know when their food is ready. Hope to see some improvements and the food was good though I'm unsure if I would order again if this is the service I will receive. Overall, if anyone wants to order takeaway be prepared for a long waiting time and to check manually since the staff apparently won't tell you when your food is ready to pick up. 💬

It's been a while since I ate Pepper Lunch. This visit would make me come back for more. Came on weekdays before 12noon and there's no queue. Else there's always be a queue. Food is nice, perfect to my taste. Thank you to all the friendly staff, welcoming and attentive.

Scan qr order and make payment online but have to walk to the counter to scan qr code, might as well order at counter. I doubt it works this way 😅 It's better to do qr code for individual table and once payment went through kitchen will receive the order and prepare to serve. This way u reduce manpower yet can serve customer faster.

i went for dinner at this place yesterday at around 9pm. at first the service was alright but the issue came later on. i ordered through my phone and halfway through ordering the lady came up to my table and told me to order at the counter instead? she told us to scan the qr code at first when we waited for our seat then told us to order through the qr code then when at my table which i am seated already i needed to order at the counter? I did told her off saying I have already key in my order and left with payment. she went back and told her other colleagues that I was insistent paying through the website right in front of my table. After my payment, my partner went up to get the drinks and the table tag for our food. There were 2 drinks, 1 side dish and the tag and no trays were given. Apparently, the lady at the counter told their staff to help my partner carry the items but no one did. I get that maybe the staff had a long day but still does not excuse any bad service like this even during closing time.
