Breads good - milk bread, with nuts Waffle mix on the sweet side, generous with kayak. Oreo cake mislabelled as Oreo cheesecake. Cake not sweet is good, but a tad dry, quite bland in taste.

I have found that their bread and bakes are consistently tasty, fresh and soft (if it's meant to be soft). It's not the best location for me as there is no direct public transport from my place. My dentist is beside the bakery, so I get a bunch of the bakes when I go for the dental appointments.

Malay auntie was very rude, was waiting at the counter and she said “nak apa?? (what you want??)” very rudely when I was waiting for her to finish counting her coins.

Their sugar donuts are fluffy and soft.. kids love them a lot.. they have good bread selections as well. Staffs are also nice people.

I am a resident staying nearby the bakery. I have a few encounters whereby the staff doing the pancake is Plain rude with a rude tone voice. Another incident happened today at around 2.45pm, is when i making payment at the cashier & the staff was like unhappy doing her job when packing my items upon payment, with her body language that customers are so troublesome. There's even no Q behind me. Staff needs to go for BASIC Customer Service course because they dont even have basic courteosy. Even swee heng bakery staff are not rude. Swee heng cakes & buns taste much more better.

At keat hong outlet. Very bad service! Customer wants to order at the cashier for waffle but there were 2 chinese aunties busy talking in the baking areas & ignore the customers. The customer need to call the aunty then they stop talking to each other. Pls be better
