At 12-06-2023 8:10pm I bought the brownie at WWP After I paid the staff take the brownie from the display case (not the freezer). I saw the brownie in the display case at least for one whole day. And the package is smaller than the brownie. So I ask the staff (Do you have others packages can full cover the brownie? ) The staff said one package only! If you’re company doesn’t have good package for your customers, Why are you still selling this product ? At first Im thinking to buy back home, Because of their package,moreover after I ate it ! After awhile , my stomach aching , diarrhea&vomited It’s a really really bad experience!

Got the chocolate lava cake! Love the innovative upside down design. Service and taste left one wanting. Cake was lukewarm, could have been heated up for a longer time. Gooey centre, not as chocolatey as I had hoped for. Vanilla ice-cream tasted cheap. Can't complain for the price though. 5.8$.

The shop staff on duty, a young man and an auntie were both super engrossed in their phones. The boy was playing Clash of Clans while the auntie texting someone. We stood at the cashier with some chocolates we were ready to pay for, and just stood there without them getting off their phones until I sounded out an "Excuse me!". The boy then came over to the cash register while still being on his clash of clans the whole time. Not the best way to portray the identity of a premium chocolate/confectionary shop 👀

Based on excellent feedback from relatives, I ordered 2 dark chocolate cakes at Punggol outlet today. I'm truly impressed by the customer service staff. She is attentive and friendly, with solid product knowledge and capable of offering objective recommendations. Great first impression !!! The cake tastes heavenly. It is rich and healthy. No guilt eating it. One of the best creations by a bakery.
