I love their cuppa lava cake with ice cream(vanilla flavoured), best combination ever!

I am disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. In March 2026, I attempted to redeem a $10 Giftano voucher at the Waterway Point outlet. The cashier mentioned that she needed to take a photo of the voucher redemption, but before she could do so, the redemption page reverted to the main screen. As a result, the $10 voucher was not applied to my purchase, and I had to make payment in full. For the past three months, I have been following up with Giftano regarding this matter. I have since been informed that the delay was due to the merchant, as the refund had not been processed on your end. It is disappointing that I had to spend months pursuing this issue when it could have been resolved much earlier.

I bought a lava chocolate cake from Chocolate origin at Waterway Point last night, intending to enjoy it today. To my shock and disgust, when I took it out of the fridge, it was mouldy. This is totally unacceptable — especially for something that isn’t cheap! I expect better quality control and freshness for the price I paid. Selling a product that goes bad overnight is not just disappointing, it’s unhygienic and potentially dangerous. This experience has completely put me off, and I won’t be returning unless something is done about it. Truly horrible.

Amazing cakes. Google mentioned they close at 10pm but 9.40pm close shop already.

Wanted to buy some gelato but the auntie was so rude. Fix your staff and hire better people please.
