The The Aglio Olio is one of the better dishes here. The Chicken Aglio Olio with egg is always a safe choice and never goes wrong. However, I tried the Fried Spring Chicken today and found it a little too salty for my liking. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future! Also shout out to the lady who gives thanks in Japanese ! You constantly make my day🤣

Salmon Aglio olio - delicious, can add a bit more spice. Salmon was well cooked. Chicken carbonara - chicken was yummy but the pasta sauce was a little bland.

Disgustingly sweet. I ordered the ramly beef burger dish and as someone who enjoys the ramly burger often at pasar malams, as well as burgers in general, I found myself struggling to finish this meal. The presentation is beautiful, but biting into the burger makes you realise this isn't even standard quality beef. It's either been overly chemically tenderized or some form of paste formed into a beef patty. The cross section is smooth and your teeth glide through like you just bit into a fish cake. The whole burger is excessively sweet and the texture is unpleasant. The salad is also drizzled with sweet salad dressing and I couldn't finish it. The only consolation are the fries, that were crispy to perfection, earning this review the 2 stars. I should've gone elsewhere because I don't feel satisfied at all. The sweetness is making me question if I should even get dessert. Disappointing.

Why is the chicken chop still being served with this level of thickness? If the cost of maintaining quality is high, please consider increasing the price. As consumers, we understand that costs have risen, but we find it difficult to accept a compromise in food quality for the sake of price. Personally, I would prefer paying a bit more for a satisfying and fulfilling meal—don’t you agree? While the taste is good, the portion size leaves much to be desired.

Koufu finally got revamped. My fault that I had wrong expectations when I ordered a Hainanese Chicken Cutlet. I was expecting Garlicky Spicy chill but it turned out to be Tomato sauce with some bits of corn and peas. I initially thought someone spilled Heinz on my cutlet. The Cutlet seemed to be flatten breast meat, the one you find at Shilin Night Market, but smaller. I'm a breast person, it wasn't too dry because of the TOMATO sauce. I feel that HANS original version of Hainanese Pork Cutlet is a better choice. They never asked me for my choice of sides so I assumed they are fixed. For a premium price, I thought I could at least choose my sides :(
