Tried the Thai series… my only comment is: don’t judge a book by its cover. I hope whoever created the pastries runs some surveys or taste tests first—super disappointed. They look amazing, but… I definitely won't go back again. 😅

Great brownie that’s very intense and tasty. It’s moisture at the room temperature and if put in the fridge, it gets denser for the taste. The staff is very friendly. Price is very reasonable.

Compared to their flagship outlet at Haji Lane, this pop-up store carries a noticeably more limited range of baked goods. The items are prepared at the main store and delivered here, rather than being baked on-site. As a result, the signature buttery aroma you’d typically associate with a bakery is missing. In fact, most of the rich, buttery scent in the surrounding area seems to come from the nearby Gokoku and Yamazaki Bakery, rather than from the French American Bakery itself — which makes the pop-up feel more like a retail counter than a true bakery experience.

Price is very expensive. But the cookies there is very nice chewy and crispy, the cookie( Croissant and cookie dough on top-doesn’t taste much of cookie), the Biscoff swirl was really good with Biscoff crumbs on the outside with layers of Biscoff spread on the inside, the pistachio financier was cakey and had a nice pistachio taste, the chocolate cheesecake brioche wasn’t that nice and doesn’t have a cheesecake taste just a chocolate cream, the Brookie is great with a dust brownie layer at the bottom and a crispy chewy buttery cookie dough top layer,

Due to christmas event from a certain company, we are able to claim a reward of free Bagel from the store. However, this stores do not honor the complimentary redemption of Bagel. First time went there, the store keeper told me to come in the morning as there is no stock. Now when I come at 12pm (store open at 11am), the store person told me its fully redeem for today. Your store just open for an hour and you said no stock? If you not going to provide the complimentary Bagel, please do not join this event and make disappointing rejection when customer comes to claim.
