Bought a loaf of bread, and asked for it to be halved and each half to be packed separately. I was told I need to be charged 20 cents for this - it was just for this paper bag, no plastic bags as those are regarded as even more add on costs. Seems somewhat unreasonable to be charged for this paper bag that is needed to protect the bread and an exorbitant amount of 20 cents, esp when this bag is not at all possible to be reused. Management suggest that you review this.

Vivo outlet, Geminie & partner went extra mile to bake a fresh round of puffs as I missed the last serving of crispy caramel pudding puffs. Feeling grateful. :) thanks, ladies!

They’ve changed the tart shell to a less premium tart shell. This one is thin and tastes very like supermarket tart shell. The filling for the chocolate tart is good & unchanged but the new Tart shell used is a total downgrade. It used to be soft and buttery the shell itself.

You can taste the donuts are old. Very tiny filling as well about 1 tsp. You ca see the hokkado filling, after i sliced a tiny bit, there’s no more filling inside. Waste of money. I like their cream puffs that’s why i tried these, but never again.

Their strawberry cheesecake filling is just strawberry cream, doesn’t taste like cheesecake. The pistachio cream cheese dacquiose is like a macaron crunchy and dry. The vanilla lotus Gula Melaka was alright but not that much of a Biscoff taste and just had Biscoff crumbles at the top which can make a mess if you aren’t careful.
