Was offered free popcorn while waiting. Thank you for that. Other than that, the food is delicious. Good serving portions. Would gladly come again.

I write to compliment your staff member, Fa, for her pleasant service. Two saturdays ago, as i lingered at your Bedok outlet, undecided where to lunch, Fa approached encouraging me to enter. I chose Sanook because of just that. I returned a week later and was greeted by Fa again, this time with recognition. She brought a glass of water to me before i realised that the restaurant has a self-service corner for water. Top marks for that! On both my visits, i ordered a dine-in meal and a takeaway. Both meals were fine. For service like Fa's, Sanook would be a favourite lunch spot after my weekly aerobics sessions!

I went to the outlet for birthday lunch with my parents on the 15 June 2026 and the service there was amazing! The servers were attentive and fast. Food came out fast and the atmosphere was lively. It was so clean.

We like all the foods. The kangkong is good and has a big portion. The green curry is thick and delicious. The thai tofu and the pad thai are above average. The free popcorn is quite interesting, they have sweet and salty popcorns.

I’m super impressed with one of your super friendly staff, Amirah’s service. The scan to order network was bad. She was very patients and took our orders in a very cheerful friendly way. She makes my day after a long day of work. Such staffs should be rewarded and appreciated by the employer too. Will be back just because of her cheerful smile and service provided.
