Amazing food, excellent service, and a very clean restaurant. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Everything was fresh, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!

I visited this location today, and my order was taken at 12:25 PM. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very polite and welcoming when taking my order and handing me my food. However, the overall environment and speed of service need improvement. I ordered the Tijuana Fries, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, it took exactly 23 minutes (from 12:25 PM to 12:48 PM) for my order to be ready. Because it is a small location with an open kitchen, customers can hear everything. The staff was incredibly loud, shouting and socializing in the back, which created an uncomfortable environment for those waiting. At one point, the line was completely unattended while they were in the back room. Once they noticed I was still there, they put my order together and handed it to me with a very nice attitude. I appreciate the friendliness, but a 23-minute wait for a simple order due to staff distractions is too long. I hope management works on kitchen efficiency and maintaining a professional volume on the floor.

Craving for some fried chicken and around the corner was Urban Bird Hot Chicken. The staff was patient and courteous. Had their popular Tenders Basket in lemon zesty flavor, and was pretty disappointed with it. The tenders were definitely not jumbo size, and they were dry. The lemon zesty flavor didn’t come through for me too. The toast was the only decent food in the basket. The store is pretty small and definitely not for big crowds. Parking is easily available surrounding the store.

I really enjoyed Urban Hot Fries! The hando with sweet and tangy which Nashville spicy and country style chicken tenders was very delicious. I will tried the waffles, which were looking great. And the dill ranch is a dam good! You should try it.
