I love their food, but the service at this location is horrible. Who is managing this place? They desperately need help. I’ve ordered from here more than 10 times, and every single time except once, I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes. They’ve even canceled my DoorDash orders because they couldn’t keep up with the volume. It’s so unfortunate because the food is actually really good, but they’re losing customers simply because they can’t keep up with the service. 😅 Food is good though! I’d just recommend going to a different location—they’re way faster. Edited on 8/31 So I never received my order on the date I left my review. The cashier told me the manager is very busy and will refund by midnight. And guess what they never refunded my order. What a theft! Just be careful. Just horrible. HORRIBLE. Can’t believe this place is still running the business.

Me and my wife always go to this urban bird and they’re the sweetest my wife ordered on dordash this time and she called to see if they could give her Powerade instead of coke because there was no option for it on dordash (powerade) and the machine wasn’t working to they wrote a note on the bag that made my wife giggle a bit 10/10 every time

Excellent food, the burgers were great and very filling. The tenders were hot and savoury and the fries were crispy. It's zabiha halal too!!! Very flavorful

Ordered an Oreo milkshake through DoorDash. The outside looked like Oreo flavor but the entire inside was vanilla sweet cream. Lol
