So glad we found this place. Literally down the road we were looking for some hot crispy chicken with a great variety and we were so happy to see that this place has chicken and also delicious hamburgers. We had spicy chicken over macaroni and cheese and french fries with their special urban bird sauce, and it was so good. We got the half order each and it was so filling so just know a full order is enough for two people. Chicken tenders are delicious. The french fries are great and the macaroni and cheese is down home good. Oh, they also have really delicious homemade lemonade like strawberry mango, and other varieties. They have custard and some really neat shakes too! We’ll be back for more soon!

Friday July 17th around 2:23pm. I came in to pick up my online Togo order. Upon arriving the cashier (Lauren D.) had a group of people she was taking their order. While I was waiting, a door dasher walked in front of me while and stood in front of me. I know that door dashers are inconsiderate being that I work at a restaurant.. I know how they are. I just let her stand in front of me assuming Lauren saw me there first. Lauren finishes with the other customers and decided to help the door dasher. I calmly said hey I was here first, I said it twice cause she wasn’t reacting to the first time I said it. She said okay calm down, calm down. I said “what I am calm what are you talking about.” I said that’s my order there then she got the order handed it to me and said “BYE”… I was taken back because I was polite I always am cause I work in customer service I know how we get treated. I said to her why are you treating me like this what did I do to you. She said you can talk to my manager over there and pointed to the corner. I walked towards the manager and decided I didn’t want to talk to her (the manager is the same lady I saw in the past sneezing on the food, I never wrote a review about it) and went back to Lauren and said you shouldn’t treat people that way. Then the manager walks up and asked what happened. Lauren do better you really treated me poorly and I tipped on my Togo order which most people don’t do. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. I said what’s your name and she was like Lauren you wanna take a pic and so I did. Lauren has a nasty attitude and does not have proper customer service skills to work the register. You guys have to do better. I posted a review on google with Lauren photo but my character wouldn’t let me keep her photo up so I deleted the whole review. But I wanted to write the review again and wanted to reach out to you guys to let yall know what’s going on at this location. She must have been grumpy cause it was hot in there.

The smash burger is surprisingly really really good!! Like really good, make sure you get their house made ranch along side with their crinkle fries! So good! Of course their Sando is 🔥 make sure you get their hot honey to pour on it with their ranch. It will take your Sando to the next level 🚀 this location IMO is the best one in Katy! Fresh hot food, amazing welcoming staff, clean establishment. It is small inside but we’re more concerned about the food here! So if you want some good eats, just show up and they gon show out! 💥

Urban Bird was so good! The loaded elote fries were absolutely delicious, and the Nashville Hot Burger was amazing too. Sammy recommended it for me and she was absolutely great — super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely coming back! ❤️❤️❤️
