There were a few communication issues with the ordering. But everything asked about was corrected and I appreciate that. I got the bbq sweet and tangy flavor. Which was good. I liked it. It has just enough level of spice. It’s a dry rub which I’m not use to, but I like it. I got the meatless chicken tender basket. The taste is pretty good and I like the seasoning. I liked the tenders a lot. The food is well seasoned in general. I also got the sweet potato waffle fries as a side, which I enjoyed. They literally only give you a few fries. But the few I got were good. I also tried the elote corn in the cup and it’s a small cup. But the flavor and ingredients are very good and good quality and nicely seasoned. It makes it feel worth the $4. I would get again. It comes with buttery toasty bread which is good. For a drink I got sweet tea. Which wasn’t overly sweet. Had just enough hint of sweetness. Not too much to make it thick. But sweet enough. I also had the mango lemonade which was very sweet. If you like very sweet drinks, that’s the one to get. It was delicious. I also want to note SIGN UP FOR THE REWARD POINTS. They add up very quickly and you get good discounts on your food immediately that you can apply. Make sure you ask to put in your phone number and check in just in case they try to skip the screen. Cause the points are very useful.

Had the smash burger, sweet potato fries, and tea. The combo was good priced and the food was really tasty. Perfect portion size as well.

Yall had a great review already, girl at the register put me on the spot about leaving a new Google review trying to bribe me with condiments, like I just ordered $30 worth of chicken for lunch i can afford the ranch i promise. I went along with it then immediately deleted the review and now you get this. Food is still good but I can get chicken tendies at places with less awkward tactics.

Urban Bird Hot Chicken was excellent. The food was wonderful, and everything was cooked perfectly. Manny did a great job the professionalism and overall experience really stood out. He treated me and my daughter with full respect when we came in for lunch today, and that means a lot. As the business owner at MaxResto, I truly appreciate that level of care and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this place so much! I enjoyed this food, it had so much flavor! These elote fries were a perfect upgrade, especially with this chicken 😋 the chicken is also flavorful and juicy, the bread is nice and crispy with a beautiful golden texture. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste but still good ❤️🩹
