I found the "Ayam Penyet Fried Chicken" crispy but there was a lack of fragrance as the usual sweet soya sauce was missing. The rice served was mushy too. The dish should also have been served on a plate instead of a small disposable container. With all the ingredients squeezed into the container, it was difficult to debone the chicken. Overall, it was a disappointing meal

I really like the ayam penyet fried chicken I ordered here. The crispy bits were pleasantly surprising. The ayam penyet is freshly fried, and they actually do smash the chicken before service. The entire process is standardized, and there's not much discrepancies in the final product that you get, whether dining in or taking out. The only bummer is how they use a mass standardized sambal, when I was hoping that the chilli could be of much better quality. Ohwells. p.s. they're a franchise so it seems. They do have a lot of outlets around the island.

Surprised to see such low rating here. Realised it's mostly service related. Food delivery platforms have good ratings. Had the groupa set. Ordered take out at 11am and consumed about 1.5 hours later. Still quite crispy. Not the best I have had, but still very good. Would patronise again.

had tried their food before and liked it as a family member had ordered an ay or yet & bakso from them. i was happy to know that there is an ayam pe yet shop open near home. Have wanted to order from this store again a couple of times after dropping the kids off at school ard 8am but when we ask if they are ready, we would be waived off rather rudely w a hand gesture & grumpy face. Again today, 19/11/22, 12pm, caught them when they’re ready and open. was again greeted w black face when i haven’t even ordered and even when i asked a question i was given a rude tone & reply. there was no queue or rush hour crowd at this point.

The food is acceptable. freshly cook upon ordering. A little too salty for my taste. Service is horrible. you got to be ready to wait. i waited like 40 to 50mins. its just one person doing the work so the owner please step up, your staff is struggling to cope. and because of the long wait the worker attitude naturally becomes bad.
