This is not the first time. Their takeaway experience is just soo bad. First of all they take others while talking to each other. Other staffs might just interrupt your order making it really confusing. I think just like the other reviews, there's this angsty staff that is always unhappy while taking orders. I mean we customers are not expecting a 5 star treatment but at least be attentive and be angry when taking orders. We're all tired too, coming from work to biy and support your stalls. Certainly we dun deserve the attitude. Importantly, apart from unattentive staffs, they also tend to forget orders! This is not the first time i paid for extra chilli which is in super small portion! They will say its inside rhe box but not at all. U will have to remind them! Please check your food before moving off. Hear me out. Their extra rice is mere a scoop! Not worth at all for a normal white rice and the price. Portion getting ridiculously small. But price gets higher.

feedback regarding an unpleasant experience involving one of the staff members at Admiralty Hawker Centre on 18/5/2026 at around 6.50pm–7.00pm. My husband and I were purchasing dinner from the stall next to yours while accompanying our two children. While we were choosing our food, I did not realise that my children were accidentally kicking the menu board placed beside the cashier area. Suddenly, I heard one of your staff shouting loudly at my children, causing people around us to turn and look. I was shocked and immediately called my children over to ask what had happened. There were also several witnesses nearby during the incident. I then approached the staff member and asked what she had said to my children. She mentioned that she shouted “Hey!” at them. I understand that the children should not have been touching or kicking the menu board, and I would have appreciated it if the staff had approached me calmly or spoken to the children appropriately instead of shouting loudly in public. When I explained that the matter could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner, the staff responded rudely. Another staff member then stepped in and told me not to bother as it was “just her spontaneous reaction.” I also requested for an apology, but the staff refused and continued making remarks and facial expressions afterwards. I would like to emphasise that I am not upset about being informed of my children’s behaviour. I fully understand the need to protect the stall’s property and maintain safety. However, I believe customers and children should still be treated respectfully and professionally. I hope management can look into this matter and remind staff on proper customer service conduct and appropriate ways to handle such situations in the future. Ive attached the photos of the staff below.

Ate the Ayam Penyet by itself, without the set. $6.80. It was very delicious! The chicken is really big, and we could keep asking for more chili!!!! The chili was really fragrant and fresh, spicy too!! Was very happy with that. I also really enjoyed the tofu as well. The portion of the meal is so large, but it’s so delicious, I had no problems gobbling it all up. When I return to admiralty, I will definitely return!!! 🤩🤩🤩

There was this more senior lady who often makes mistakes. First, she over charged us and as we have already paid using CDC, she refused to refund and insisted that we take extra curry sauce instead. After that incident, it seems she deliberately bear a grudge and kept giving us wrong items like making a mistake to give us chilli sauce when we had upfront informed her to replace with curry sauce. Today we ordered ayam panggang as we almost do for a healthier choice. When we got home it was a fried chicken Penyet. We had to throw away the chicken as we cannot afford to eat fried items. Come on, wake up and stop making mistakes. We should not be made victims because of your mistakes. It’s our hard earned money!
