Simple, well spaced setting in T3 Changi Airport. Service was cordial and prompt. The teh tarik was strong and creamy. The coffee wasn’t to our taste. Would have preferred both to be hotter though. The mee rebus was average in taste but generous in ingredients, with a full boiled egg, shreds of chicken, fried tofu pieces and bean sprouts. The fish meal was delicious and also generous in portions served with basmati rice, a good size portion of batang fish, two portions of cauliflower and bitter groud, a boiled egg and papadam.

Very disappointed with my experience at Mr Teh Tarik Express, Changi Airport Terminal 3. I bought a serving of keropok lekor for $3.50, but it was served cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for quite some time instead of being freshly fried. What concerned me even more was the hygiene. While the staff was packing my order, I saw one of the keropok lekor fall out of the bag. Instead of replacing it, the staff simply picked it up and put it straight back into the packaging. That was unacceptable and made me lose confidence in the food handling standards. To make matters worse, the chilli sauce provided appeared to be a McDonald’s and Heinz chilli sauce packet. It made me wonder where it came from, whether it had been collected from somewhere else, and how long it had been stored before being given to customers. Even if there is a legitimate explanation, it doesn’t inspire confidence. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes food freshness, hygiene, and customer trust more seriously. I won’t be returning unless these issues are addressed.

The taste, the portion, the service all were disappointing. The picture of curry chicken set showing quite a lot of chicken but actually only 1 drumstick and 1 piece of potato, cost $10.50 The staff cooked other orders (at later time) first, I ordered Indomie for my child earlier but not cooked until I had to remind them. Both food and drink tasted terrible, my child couldn't finish half of them although quite hungry...

Went there for the sarang burung set and asked for vege dhal gravy. The gravy had burnt smell with black tiny pieces floating around the gravy. The sarang burung prata was hard… went to tell the staff about the gravy and they just shrugged off my feedback after tasting the gravy. Food very disappointing and service attitude even more so.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Nasi Goreng Pattaya I purchased from your shop. I paid $10 for the dish, yet what I received was essentially plain fried rice without any meat, seafood, or additional ingredients. In addition, a proper Nasi Goreng Pattaya is expected to have the egg fully wrapped around the fried rice. However, the dish I received only had a small portion of egg placed on top of the rice instead. This was not as advertised or reasonably expected for the price charged. Considering the quality and portion provided, I find the pricing unreasonable and the overall experience unacceptable. I hope you will look into this matter seriously.
