No one greets to bring us to a table. The tables were all not cleaned. The Indian manager was rude. He told his staff to clear a table NOT MINE another table so he could have his lunch. I literally took the spray bottle and tissues to clear my own table while he watched me do so eating his meal. The way he talked to his staff was very condescending. Food came cold had to ask the staff to microwave. I’ve been to multiple sukiya, this is by far the worst and will never come back.

12 Jul 2026, 4:05pm Very disappointing experience. The Chinese female staff had an extremely poor attitude. She looked unhappy throughout the entire interaction, and when handing my order to me, it felt like she was doing it reluctantly. As a paying customer, I felt very unwelcome. If the poor attitude was because it was still your break time, then it’s better to close the shop during your break instead of serving customers unwillingly. Customers are paying for both the food and the service—we shouldn’t have to pay and still be treated with such disrespect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service.

Ordered the small gyudon. What came was really inconsistent with the other times I was here. Legit need to audit the dinner crew here. Obviously not doing their job well. Don’t even serve drinks here. Subpar standard compared to day to day.

Saw a mega size gyudon 270% meat 125 % rice . Also the grape aloe matcha . Sadly. Look at this sewer water looking shit? No matcha taste. Went to the front and they say mix alr so it's lidat ? Lol. Then then the mega bowl? It's more like 270% rice and 125% beef???? What the.... Have been eating at sukiya for a while now and first time experience like this .

The food is good an match with pink ginger which can make the food more taste. The problem is teh staff is so unfriendly. No welcome when customer coming is not the point, they serve the food and go without thank you or say anything, the way they serve the food like they want to throw it
