Compliment to the staff at Hougang 1's Encik Tan. Serving a physically challenged staff and assisting her with payment.

Very bad attitude of the girl at the cashier , curry sauce getting lesser and when request for extra curry need to pay additional $1 , usually when I request it's free , I ask her how come need to pay $1 for extra curry and she reply in a fierce tone , is this how encik tan teach their staff to reply customer

Ordered Meepok but was given meekia instead. Seeing that this is not just a one time occurrence based on other uses feedback.

I ordered from this branch 3 times for take away of orders between 7-12 packets and out of the 3 times the staff will sure get 1-3 orders wrong. Charged me correct price but gave me items that are wrong and lower in price. The lack of communication among staff that passed order instruction from one to the next is not organised and I feel more needs to be done as this is clearly internal staff operations problem.
