The atmosphere felt unusual. After my meal, I noticed several tables with unfinished food that previous customers had left behind. I only realised this after my own disappointing experience. I ordered the chicken chop and ribeye steak, but I left the ribeye untouched. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

This is our second time dining at Steak 99 @ NEX, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served hot. The quality and taste were consistent with our first visit, which is one of the reasons we decided to come back. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our meal. They were prompt in assisting with our requests and ensured that we had a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was also great—clean, comfortable, and suitable for both family meals and casual gatherings with friends. It’s always nice to enjoy a good meal in a relaxing environment. Overall, Steak 99 @ NEX continues to impress us with its food, service, and ambience. We’re glad we gave it another visit and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beef is more like chicken than beef. Looks like chicken (too white to be beef), cuts like chicken (slices perfectly and easily in one direction, like cutting chicken breast) and tastes like chicken too. Checked with a waiter who checked with the kitchen, he confirmed it was beef. The pictures on the menu were misleading, what I ordered looked nothing like what I received. I was not expecting good quality steak, it would be unreasonable to for the price, but this was definitely the worst steak I've ever had. A hawker centre steak is miles better and I recommend spending your money at one instead.

Good impression of the steak. Reasonably priced, served on “lava stone”, so it’s sizzling exciting, need to get apron (they provide), else clothes will be splashed with oil. Served with rice, so it’s a nice alternative to “fries”

Steak quality is ok. Price is very affordable with a worth it meal set. Halal. Sauces not that great. Can improve on that
