Visited the restaurant for lunch over the weekend. As we arrived quite early, it was before the lunchtime crowd. The seats are quite spacious and the place has air-conditioning. The food is well made, the chicken is crispy and fragrant. The potato salad is tasty too! Overall, a good dining experience, suitable for family and friends!

Obviously I’d have to say the service is exceptional and the place looks exquisite. However, be prepared to wait a little longer for your food during peak hours but it’s definitely fine because the food is tasty. Went there at around 7pm and luckily for us there wasn’t much of a queue until we were seated inside. It’s a good place to visit if you’re craving for some steak.

My third time dining at this outlet. There was a queue. Thankfully, the queue was fast moving, so we managed to get outdoor seats within 15 minutes. The service was okay. Nothing noteworthy. Ordered a Prime Ribeye with potato salad and fries for my sides, while my parents ordered the 'Valentine Special' which consisted of a grilled chicken ribeye steak, 4 sides and two root bear floats. The ribeye steak was good and prepared as per my preference (medium). Not one of the best steaks I've eaten for sure, but at an affordable price, I can't complain.

Good place to get your chicken chop fix with friends or family. I’m always going for the Mac & Cheese and hoping for a bigger portion. Been here a couple of times and I’m happy with the chicken every time. However, the occasional craving for steak have always led to disappointment. Won’t recommend their steaks, especially at their current price. Stay with the chicken and everyone will be satisfied 👍🏼💯

Beef was not properly marinated, but cooking time was perfect! Service was amazing and my sister loved her fiery chicken. Highly recommended!

The food there is ok. It's located at the tail end of Downtown East near the water theme park. Not crowded even during weekend lunch time. Ordered the chicken and fish. Portions are decent, taste is ok. Can go for normal meals but nothing special. Don't know why they called this Andes

Great ambience, staff gave an option to be seated indoors/outdoors. Food is tasty! Im not a fan of the teriyaki sauce though because it tastes too sweet. Food is affordable as well! 🤩 Bottom is the Teriyaki Chicken + Grilled Fish with Herb combo for $18.90 and on top is the Black Pepper Chicken for $11.90.

Not fantastic food, but serviceable. Fries: 5/10. It’s fine. The only sauce option is the packets of tamarind brand chili sauce (6/10), which are quite spicy. Onion rings: 5/10. Mac n’ cheese: 4/10. It’s the usual fake, overly yellow cheese, which tastes alright, but not great. Lemon and lime chicken: 6/10. The skin is crispy, and the sauce is fine.

Apologize if my feedback is going to be abit dry. my husband and i went over to dine in one of your restaurants in Downtown east, i overheard a lady speaking rudely to one of your staff named "Wei Boon" if im not mistaken, she ordered the food wrongly and insist that she is a customer and that "customer is always right" and that she requested to change the meal to a new one, nevertheless ,i loved how calm and professional your staffs handled the situation, im actually impressed by all the staffs working on a dinner peak hour on 28/06, theyre moving swiftly to attend to all customers WITH A SMILE! They all deserve a very special mention for their dedication to make your establishment a better place to dine in ,KUDOS!

Why bake bean is served on the plate not in the bowl? But the coleslaw is served in a bowl??? Nasty sia why need to soak the steak in the bbq bean sauce???

It was not a very good experience as the rendang chicken wings which was supposedly to be special. Unfortunately the wings were not fully cooked as I could still see the blood red on the bones and flesh. After I returned to the waiters, they came with fresh chicken wings and 3 cups of ice lemon tea as a form of apology. Do be careful when ordering such foods😊

Tasty food , maybe can ask for less salt if you prefer it. Can be quite crowded during meal times as it’s a popular venue at downtown east. Thanks for the fast service !

Food is ok. Chicken and fish and mashed potatoes drenched in sauce. Brew of the day Coffee comes without creamer. No milk or brown sugar is available. Coleslaw is full of liquid. Broccoli overcooked and tasteless. Reminds me of food court western food but more costly.

Went there twice in one week. Ordered same thing, chargrilled chicken and ribeye steak. Both were really nice. Sides like fries, wedges, potato salad and baked potatoes were good too and complement the main dishes. Drinks were also in a bigger cup and we enjoyed coming here. Will definitely come again.

Ordered steak and hot red tea. Overall service is good. Now they've switched to using QR codes for ordering, so there's no need to order at the cashier, which allows for a more leisurely selection process. The quality of the food remains consistent, as always. I ordered medium rare, and the steak was cooked with a crispy exterior and juicy inside. Although the prices have increased compared to before, it's still a high-value steak meal in Singapore.

Dropby for lunch. Restaurant within Downtown East. We reached around 1140am, lunch crowd yet to arrive. Indoor aircon seating as well as outdoor open air dinning available. Ordered steak and chicken chop combo. Grilled chicken was good, but the medium rare beef steak was tough. Overall, its a good place for lunch or dinner if you want a sample western food for meal. Not really a place for foodies. Staffs were friendly and professional.

They had quite a wide variety of meat and flavours to choose from. For the beef there are whole lot of beef parts for your to choose and whole lot of chicken flavours to choose from. The price is reasonable, the price in the menu already included gst and there is no service charge. With an affordable price, you got yourself large pieces of meat and generous portion of sides. Even the add on garlic bread is enough for 4 person. The value is even greater if you would to choose double meat. I expected each meat to be smaller but when i compared to the one my friend ordered (as a stand alone beef steak), it is literally the same. The staffs are also flexible and allow us to sit on larger table when there is lesser crowd. Most of the comments mentioned about the slow serving time. Of course they are slow if it is cheap and delicious. Just avoid peak hours.

Waiting time quite long. Would recommend the fiery chicken but can be quite spicy. Chicken is tender and juicy. Don’t recommend the lemon lime chicken.. it’s okay for first few bites until it gets cold - the sauce doesn’t go well with the chicken. Some parts of the chicken were too charred, so it tasted bitter.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Visited the outlet again after 3 years and they have improved a lot. Interesting part of this outlet, you have indoor and outdoor sitting area. Food were delicious and came out as per expected. Taste was much better than how it was. Service was amazing too. Great place with families and friends. Do expect long wait during peak hours.

Food is flavourful and good portion sizes. Service is impeccable as server lead us to a table but we chose any table and asked for the menu to order using qrcode. Atmosphere is just nice with less crowds; so that i can have a pleasant lunch and good conversation with my wife.
