Their way of serving the food was really, really terrible. OMG! 😩 Andes is one of my family’s favourite restaurants. We’ve been to the Downtown East outlet before, and the food service and presentation were never like this. Unfortunately, today’s experience was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. On top of that, the taste and quality of the food have also dropped. Everything was just so disappointing compared to our previous visits. 😞 Really hope they can improve their service, food presentation, and quality.

Had a wonderful experience at Andes! The food was delicious, with generous portions that offered great value for the price. Every dish was well prepared, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, Andes delivers a satisfying dining experience with good food, reasonable prices, and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty and enjoyable meal. Will be back again 🌟

Had a satisfying dinner at ANDES by ASTONS @ Downtown East. The food was served fresh, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality offered. The grilled meat was well-cooked and flavorful, while the side dishes complemented the meal nicely. The restaurant also had a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to enjoy dinner. Overall, a great value-for-money dining experience, and I would gladly return again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)

This andes outlet is worth the visit. Enough said. Food wise, feels casual but tasty and authentic (not overly salty) enough as a western food cuisine. Ask for salt and pepper for your baked potatoes if you want. Tenderloin may seem small but thick enough cut. Careful of a rounded clear full height glass near the exit/entrance, staff put a chair there for safety. I am amazed how when light bends at the curved window, I thought it was outside the restaurant. So be careful. Walk past the kitchen walkway is safer especially for kids.

Aston/Andes is always a go-to place for express-style Western food — you get what you pay for. The prices are budget-friendly, and the quality and taste of the food are decent. The sides aren’t super fancy, but they’re still good value for the price. It’s a great place to satisfy your Western food cravings when you’re in a hurry. Just note that during peak periods, it might take some time to get seated and be served. However, the service staff were nice and efficient in arranging seating and serving customers.
