Have craving for fried chicken today been a long time since I had Popeyes. It have many brunches in SG. The taste was as usual still so good. Yummy 😋 today I find the fried mushrooms was good, still very juicy inside. Haha. The service was consider ok, as there are many delivery orders coming in to fulfil first. Although today I am not in a hurry.

Ordered dinner delivery on 9 Apr 2022.. the spicy cajun chicken burger meal comes with coleslaw and whipped potato.. its really satisfying to the tummy 😊

Ordered by delivery. Chicken came hot and crispy. Tasted good. Didnt like the garlic rice. No garlic flavour. But ok it tasted like how I imagined fast food rice to be.

Came here due to the promotion offered by the 42race app, it's an app that offers some discount if you run/walk for x km sponsored by dbs bank i think. Bit irony but anyways.. Ok food to be honest is average only. The discount was decent from $14+ down to $8.20 however my fiancée feels 2* only. I personally give respect to this outlet because they do hire.. and is compassionate. You will get what I mean if you visit, cheers. Remember respect.

Good fried chicken just a little overpriced, N the store at tampines 1 seem too small to commodate the crowds n the place smell of "oil"... After Ur foods, Ur whole body will smell "oily", will be better if the management could do something bout it... Foods wise is goods, fried chicken/ burgers etc, especially love their honey biscuits is a must eat ..

Have a very bad experience for our dinner at Popeye Tampines One here. Spoilt our mood on Sunday family day ☹️😟 The manager and the uncle staff show attitude and very rude to talk to us. We just want ordered a set of chicken meal with drumsticks and tight. How know when collecting is another part of chicken 😞😞 When I wanna check with them politely, they both show the attitude answer me no more chicken kitchen at close. Just take it can't change. We reach the 8.55pm, why the Popeye kitchen close so early, but usual time close at 10pm? Really disappointed 😞😞 about it .

Dear Popeyes Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Tampines One outlet in Singapore, as well as to acknowledge a positive aspect of my visit. During my visit, I specifically requested a ‘no ice’ option for my beverage and paid an additional charge for this preference. Unfortunately, the beverage was not filled to the full capacity of the cup, which was disappointing and felt unfair considering the extra payment. Furthermore, when I tried to address this issue with one of your staff members, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude, making it challenging to voice my concern. However, I would like to note that the situation took a positive turn when Manager Afreen intervened. She handled the situation commendably, ensuring that my complaint was taken seriously and addressed efficiently. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in a pleasant conversation greatly enhanced my experience. Afreen’s professionalism and customer-oriented approach are commendable and reflect well on your brand. While the initial part of my visit was unsatisfactory, Afreen’s intervention salvaged my experience, and for that, I am thankful. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of good customer service and the positive impact it can have on your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. They Popeyes management needs to do something about the ventilation of this outlet, the thick smell of fried oil is choking the whole level. It’s so effing disgusting.

I feel giving a 5 star during my visit today! I am a regular customer here and was happy that Im served where great service should be from a staff named Grace. Ordered from kiosk and saw that theres only wings in the display. Straight away when she got my order , She informed me that my chicken needed a wait for 5 more min. And she kindly ask me to take a sit where usually staff and manager here dont inform or mention how long and left me standing usually when i visit this place. When She gave my order can see her smile from mask ,said thank you and bye too! Hope her colleagues can learn from her! Shes approachable and professional

I took a chicken sandwich meal with one piece chicken to go and when I got home I realised: The meal had NO chicken sandwich. Frantically searching through the tiny, low quality plastic bag, my heart sank; the chicken sandwich was no where to be found. As I wonder, what meal did I buy if they didn’t give me the chicken sandwich? I looked at the receipt, and there it was, the fine print said 1x Gochujang Chicken Sandwich, but my plastic bag said otherwise. I’m never been more angry, and my disappointment is immeasurable. (The sandwich is really good though, this is the only factor that justifies my 1 star, but it’s kinda ex tho, $17 💀)

I recently visited this fast food restaurant around 3:38 PM and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite there being no apparent rush and only a few customers, the service was incredibly slow. It took a total of 32 minutes to receive my order, which consisted of two sets of 3-piece chicken and 2-piece chicken. Upon returning home, which is only a 5-minute walk away, I found that all the food was stone cold. It was evident that the items had been sitting out for quite some time before being served. Additionally, the 7UP I ordered had an odd taste, almost like it was diluted or the dispenser was running out. What baffled me the most was observing the staff's behavior during my visit. The cashier appeared to be more engrossed in their phone, and the person responsible for packing the drinks seemed to lack attention to detail. Given that the food wasn't freshly prepared, it's puzzling why the service was so slow. Overall, my experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes steps to improve the quality of both the food and service.

Can you guys train your staff to check the orders before handing over to the customer? My order was missing the kochujang burger and I only realised after coming back. Previous reviews show this is not a one time thing. If you guys always forget to include the burger just because it's not in the box, then change the packaging to include whole set in a box! People who take away obviously want to rush back and you expect people to do your job and check every item on the order?
