Should have read the reviews before deciding to eat here. The chicken was undercooked, I requested for an exchange and was told by the store manager that it was seasoning that gave the pink colour. I repeated my point that you can see blood and pointed out the parts that looked more red but she still insisted that it’s just seasoning for the spicy version. How can you in good conscience look at the blood and tell me that this is seasoning? The other piece of chickening had no “seasoning”, so either one piece was undercooked or the other piece was not seasoned. Will not patronise again.

I REALLY WANT TO GIVE 0 ZERO STAR. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM POPEYES. THE CHICKEN WAS RED BLOOD I COLOR. I WAS REALLY UPSET AND WORRIED WHEN I SAW THIS. IT MADE ME VERY ANGRY. I REALLY NEED A REFUND. PLS DON'T BUT FROM HERE. DON'T TRY TO BUY PLEASE GUYS. PLEASE DON'T BUY... I DON'T WANT YOU ALL TO EXPERIENCE THIS. POPEYES!!!!!! TAKE A ACTION. CONSIDER YOU CUSTOMERS HEALTH

The classic chicken burger and the spicy chicken burger me and my friend ordered,the inside of the chicken was red. We ask the staff and they told us that it was Their seasoning....can you believe that?! Highly dun recommend

The fried tom yum chicken was raw(pink/red) for many parts of it. Although I only ate the cooked portions, still had a stomachache after. Left a review here after the survey and email option were found to be invalid.

This place serves consistent quality of food since opening. However, the area near their kitchen tends to be very smoky. Don't sit here when you just showered. Also the staff's efficiency can be much better.

I have a good experience of popeyes in sg as well as overseas. Upon recently comeback sg and having known popeyes open at sengkang near my place I was very happy and excited. However looks like this particular branch looks to be a bad egg among the rest . I order 8pcs wing take away.. and I found that they used frozen chicken as the bone appear darker in color , also the chicken looks to be overfried/refried as it appears burn/blackened. And when u bite into it it is hard and dry. I urge popeye management to look into this and ensuring proper quality check to ensure consistent performance . Otherwise sad to say this place may not last long given the similar negative review given.

ordered at 535pm recieved food at 6.15pm lit no one is buying or ordering ehy take so long . extremely rude staff , staff ignored my request asking multiple times . staff wasted my time . gave me that sideeye . chicken was cold and not fresh . fries was underpacked . drink was 85% ice and 10% root beerr and 5% water . staff forgot my biscuit.chicken was spicy when i ordered mild .

Ordered a 3 pc tenders ($7.2) & biscuit with jam ($2) ala carte. The self order kiosk worked well, and payment was smooth. The collection was quite fast and the service was good 👍 The food tasted nice but it is definitely a bit pricey. Regardless of the negative reviews, I would recommend people to come and try the food and judge it for themselves

Air-conditioning is not the best here as you can feel the heat from the kitchen. As for the food, it speaks for itself in the photos. As a halal certified place, I think the standard has to improve.

I’m buy at 8pm , the black shirt uniform Malay ladies, service damn rude. And how the popeye standard ? 3 pieces meals inside how 2 wings ? And some more I have requests no wings, and I also know that no promises , but 2 wings I really cant accepted . So big franchises in Singapore where the SOP for the meals ? Damn
