The Mac and cheese looked kind of ugly but the taste was great. The mashed potatoes and the biscuits were also delicious. My few criticisms of it was that the chicken in the chicken sandwich was kind of soggy and not that crispy. I was also not able to get a straw for my drink. This would’ve been 4 stars but a pigeon wandered in to the restaurant somehow.

So here my honest review. I bought a take away Popeye's Chicken 🍗 set. My expectation for the mashed potatoes 🥔 will taste like other outlet but I was wrong. Mashed potatoes tasted a little bit not too nice. The chicken was so so.. 💯% Muis Halal Certified.... Located at above Orchard MRT ION Orchard..

I dine in this Orchard Exchange outlet on 14 Nov ‘22 at 115pm ordered Cajun fish as you can the picture too much flour very saltish and and too much ice for a cup of drinks and didn’t give fork 🍴 how to eat the fish? Given without receipts 🧾 so no choice have to comment here, please improve your quality here as it’s Town area standard you can’t afford to have low quality for it.

First chance for us to try Popeyes, something my son has obsessed about since he discovered that the chain is in Canada where we will visit his grandparents soon (Popeyes is not in Germany). Compared to KFC the chicken is not as greasy, has a nice spicy heat to it, the cheese fries were good, and the chicken tenders were very good. The location is inside the entrance to a busy MRT line, so easy to get to. Seems to be popular with shoppers and local business workers

Ordered delivery and the food tasted rotten. Chicken was very salty and semi transparent, either frozen or spoilt or both. Coleslaw was mushy and inedible, biscuits were too hard to be eaten and likely from previous day and not fresh.

It's one of my favourite fast food fried chicken for a quick bite. The fried chicken is always served hot. Mashed potatoes sauce is good.

asked for one large one regular sjora but received 2 regular instead😡i paid extra for what unbelievable atrocious service, you should double check your order way before serving them. i am also working in the service line and i always make sure my customers get their right order. this is unacceptable

Chicken was juicy and freshly cooked. Right next to sinks for you to wash your hands so you can eat without worrying. Cosy tucked away place.

We had a great day celebrating my son's birthday here. Ms. Jennifer was very helpful in making sure we had all we needed. Food wise, the chickens at Popeyes are always fresh! 👌 This made the difference in taste and juiciness of the meat. I have been a frequent customer, and I will return again. 🤗

Horrible service . Waited 17 minutes for my order only to received wrong order. Ordered 2 pieces chicken with RICE but INSTEAD THE FILIPINO OLD LADY GAVE ME MASHED POTATO. Went home and just realised. Won’t patronise no more!

I remember a time when Popeye's was my go-to fried chicken, many years ago. Back then, the chicken was always fresh, crispy and flavourful, the mashed potatoes were full of delicious chunks of additional ingredients, and the biscuit was rich and buttery. How I miss those days. These days, you'd be better off going to Arnold's, or even KFC. This is to say nothing of the fact that the food took 48 MINUTES to be ready. Unacceptable for a proper restaurant, let alone a fast food joint!

I ordered 2pcs chicken combo and 3pcs tenders combo. Taste as good as jollibee Singapore however jollibee Philippines still taste the best.

Crispy, good seasoning and pretty moist for the chickens. Other than that the meat was a little bland. Still better than KFC nowadays. Biscuit was on the saltier side which was good and the fries were crispy as well. Not very cheap but overall it was alright.

Cold and drafty and oily. Good as a get away from the Orchard crowds only. Definitely do not like the Chicken Sandwich, the batter is weirdly crunchy like biscuit. I like the Cajun fries, much nicer than mcd

Horrible! The pinoy manager Jennifer is horrible! The kiosk DID NOT show that there is an additional biscuit ordered and she REFUSED a refund! The fork for the mask potato has weird strings as well! Is this even passable for SFA?! Biscuit is salty and NOT nice. Chicken was bland. Horrible. Never going to visit Popeye's again Texas chicken is way better! And obviously wasted the additional biscuit because it was so awful. Maybe that was the reason why Jennifer has REFUSED the refund claiming the payment was by card and not cash!

Chicken is awesome, it's delicious very hot and crispy. Biscuit are so-so (Texas chicken have the best fried chicken biscuit) However fries is not ready during a weekday 12pm... Staff said will call for my number when it's ready but never did, so I went and asked after 15min and it's still not ready ==, the staff never tell me how long more to wait or offer me something else.

I ordered a fried chicken burger, and upon biting into it, I noticed that the chicken has a red color in the middle. It appears to be undercooked, which raises food safety concerns!! Eating undercooked chicken can be dangerous as it may contain harmful bacteria like Salmonella or Campylobacter!! I’m never eating from this restaurant again!

The place is a bit depressing. Could use some updating. It feels old and greasy. You order at the machine and pick up at the counter. You dont have to interact at all with the servers except at pickup. They just call your number and you pick up your food. The wait is longer than expected even though there was only one order ahead of mine. My chicken sandwich was small and not hot. Fries were warm. I am no expert but I think they need to improve quality and efficiency. I would love to come again if they improved.

Haiku review: Lo my dear Popeye’s It was good while it lasted This might be goodbye Being a big fan of the Popeye’s franchise ever since their first shop in Singapore, I’m genuinely sad experiencing how the food quality has dropped over the years. Let’s start with the fried chicken; it’s become very dry - yes the skin batter is very crispy and has flavour, but after you’ve gone through that, the chicken meat itself is dry and flavorless affair. The only saving grace is that Popeye’s allow you to choose chicken parts for a small fee. Fortunately, their french fries still hold true to the quality it had when it first came to our shores. I could say the same with their chicken sandwiches, I hope these doesn’t change. The biggest let down is the gravy; you’ll be paying extra for water mixed with an oily chicken broth. Almost zero viscosity to it. Back then the gravy was thick and full of flavour. At this rate might as well just use the mashed potato as you gravy.
