Ordered through the app and it took less than 10 minutes for them to prepare despite the order being quite big. Upon going home, we realised that we were short of 2 pieces of chicken. I sent in a feedback form on the app, and within days, they already called me back. Not only did they give the 2 pieces of chicken, they also have a complimentary fries and were very apologetic even though it was a simple mistake. Really like the customer service here and the staff are really nice. In terms of the menu range, I think it's really worth it especially when buying deals. Mashed potato is a must and their fries are superb!! 🍟

There is no chicken breast. They only have wings thigh and drumstick. They also charge an additional 50 cents a piece when people want their preferred chicken parts. All of this is written on a sign that is placed in a way where consumers will only see it after they ordered and made payment at the self service kiosk. Unethical business practices!

Speediest fast food ever! While KFC is still marinating their chicken, Popeyes would have served you! Always a joy to order from this outlet, thanks to the capable restaurant manager!

Ordered chicken sandwich combo via grab. The total price is $14. And grab only refunded $3. That is so unfair. Don’t think it the driver fault as the plastic bag is tied upon delivery. Definitely not ordering here anymore.

Finally get to try Popeyes. I must say the chicken meat is fresh and tender. Even after waiting almost near to 10 minutes, you can see steam coming out of the meat. Wonder why KFC a multi million dollar company is on the declining stage? The KFC chicken meat could not even come close to what Popeyes offer. The queue here, I must say is well managed. Good alternative to Jollibee and Texas Chicken.

Waited 50 mins. Turns out they hadn't even started on my order. In the time I waited I could've ordered and eaten a while meal in a restaurant. What's the point of fast food that takes this long?

Order with caution. Ordered delivery and they packed the Pepsi side ways which will obviously spill out and made my whole meal covered in Pepsi. I dunno who likes to eat soggy Pepsi covered chicken but I highly doubt there's anyone. Terrible terrible service.

Poor behaviour by the person managing queue. He was nowhere to be seen when customers started queuing in front of individual kiosk. But then when he came , he gave my queue number to someone who came after me. Never visiting that store again.

Popeye Jurong point the staff service is super good. Very polite and attentive. I ordered tenders but the recipe seems changed . Not that tastety anymore. I prefer the old recipe

Quality fried chicken joint, perhaps in Singapore context second only to Arnold's (a local brand). Quick and no-fuss service, perhaps sufficient number of touch-screen machine outside and lack of crowd during my visit also helped a lot. Ordered the spicy chicken with spiced rice and gravy sauce. The chicken pieces were served warm and fresh with pretty flavorful breading - definitely way better than Singaporean KFC. I can see why they are expanding everywhere here. Will come back if I crave for fried chicken next time around.

Ordered through delivery app. Requested for no breast meat because it’s too dry for children to consume but each time they will ignored and purposely give breast meat. Probably they dont understand english? Or are they people with disabilities? Not sure but will never return!

Auntie at the cashier very rude. My friend asked for 1 more packet of chilli sauce but scolded him rudely cuz she already gave him a packet. So stingy and rude for what?? F&B is all abt providing good customer service. So pls dont hire this type of entitled karens or kevins.

hi Popeyes company, I’m here to complaint about the food quality on 10-05-2024 may 2024, I ordered on grab food *GF-649* , the side dish coselow and it when i smell it stink already and the Chicken was so dry and hard …i dont get it why is the food quality like that and giving an a coleslaw that is already stink as well as the Cheesefries it was cold …. Please take look at this matter :) and My College that ate had dirreah during work
