Wow, this outlet already accumulated so many bad reviews and yet their management still did not rectify the problems. Just encountered their poor service today. Ordered 3 items only with 1 for take away and yet got to make me wait for at least 10min just to key in my order correctly and I was 1st in line. Left me waiting while the rude aunty cashier kept keying in wrong items. When I corrected her, she blamed the POS machine. I had to repeat my orders 3-4 times for her to get them right. Then had to call a China female staff to reboot the system, and more time wasted. No apology whatsoever. Also, I spoke in English and she kept talking back in Chinese. Shouldn't all service staff be able to communicate in simple English? Then, she expects other races like Malays & Indians to speak Chinese too?? When I reminded this rude woman that 1 item to take away as it was not reflected on the POS screen, she glared at me and walked into the kitchen to point at another monitor there(for kitchen staff)& told me to look at the screen there for takeaway item. Is she crazy? She expects customers to see their kitchen monitor which was so far away, and how the hell customers know which side of the monitor shows takeaway items since it's for kitchen staff only. Her attitude and behaviour is atrocious and should not be serving customers! Subsequently, she was also heard quarrelling loudly with a delivery guy, who scolded her for her rudeness. Operation Manager: Do look into this staff's behaviour and the general lack of customer service at this SKH outlet. It's at a hospital where patients are your customers yet your have such rude staff stationed there to cause more trouble and annoyance for patients and medical staff there?? Already have so many bad reviews and still not doing anything to improve!!

It’s a decent place to have a light meal after a visit to the hospital but this outlet has a lot of customers and they are always out of some of the items on quite a few of our visits here. Isn’t it common sense to stock more food ingredients if it is a busy outlet? The kaya butter toast isr rather awful here.

I guess this one is on me — I should have read the reviews before coming 🙃 And the food really taste awful 😖 First time ordering takeaway here and the whole collection system was confusing. You collect the food using a buzzer, but drinks are called separately by number, and no one explained that the soft-boiled eggs had to be collected together with the drinks. I had already left the shop and was walking back to the ward when I realised the eggs were missing. So I went back to the food counter to check, and they directed me to the drinks counter. I politely asked the aunty there if I had forgotten to collect my eggs. Instead of helping, she rolled her eyes and pointed at me saying rudely, “Just now put together already, you never take.” That response was really unnecessary. If the eggs were supposed to be collected together earlier, a simple reminder before the customer leaves the counter would have solved the problem. This outlet is located inside a hospital where many people are already stressed visiting patients or dealing with medical issues. A little patience and courtesy from staff would really go a long way. Perhaps the hospital management might want to reconsider whether this kind of service is suitable for a hospital environment. Patients and visitors are already having a difficult time — they probably don’t need an extra test of patience together with their breakfast.

Order Milo dinosaur for here have no straw. Then I request to change to take away and then being asked to top up $0.30 and then my drink in take away cup is only 3/4 full. The cashier guy and the lady is so unfriendly and rude. So unwilling to change and shortchanged me even I paid for the difference but didn't get what I paid for! Pls be more compassionate when you are located in a hospital! You do not deserve to be here as you do not even practice empathy! Patient needs straw for a reason!

Bought their tangy mee siam and they can forget to the egg in the take-out container. Customers, DO check your item before you leave the premises if you are buying as take away. Anyway this is the last time I will buy from them if I wasn’t in a hurry. :( also do bring your own container because they do charge you extra if you want to separate the sauce and bee hoon. Look at the photo if you don’t separate them. See how much sauce they give you dine in and take away? For a bowl of $5.90 tangy mee siam, please inform your staff to be an honest seller to give the egg for take away as per the photo advertised. 1st photo I took from home and 2nd photo is screenshot from website.
