Ordered set A for $5.90. Coffee is alright, but ran out of proper spoon for the eggs? I was given a plastic disposable spoon instead. The kaya toast was also disappointing, its dry with little slice of butter unevenly placed on the toast, i am not sure if its even properly spread. Its also very warm inside the shop, no ventilation. One of the most disappointing breakfast I've had.

The staff were arrogant, which is impressive in a fast-food setting where efficiency is usually the whole point. The dining area didn’t feel clean, and the tableware looked like it had not been properly washed. Not “a little worn,” but the kind of thing that makes you reconsider eating anything served on it. And yes, the food was bad. Anyone who takes Thai food seriously should be annoyed that this is what gets to wear the label.

Our teabreak at Saap Saap Thai/Kaffe & Toast comprises Jumbo Green Thai Milk Tea and Set A Kaya Butter Toast (+ S$0.90 to change beverage to Thai Iced Milk Tea). Toast served warm with cold butter in between has a light crisp and tastes decent. Both green and regular milk teas are a delight! Pretty rich in flavor and on point taste👍👏😋 This Halal-certified eatery @CityLink offers a mix of Thai-styled noodles and rice as basic carbs, and SG all-day traditional classics at budget-friendly prices. Located within walking distance from Raffles City, City Hall MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station; it's a busy but convenient spot to have a simple, casual meal, quick bite or caffeine fix👍👏😋 Honestly we don't quite get the hate. Having been here a couple times for munchies prior to this, each visit is pleasant to date. Staff manning the counter are courteous, friendly and fast; no lumpy Kaya spread on toast or cold soft-boiled eggs whatsoever.

My colleagues and I (8 of us) ordered grabfood from this outlet on 23 Sep at 945am (scheduled to be delivered at 12-1230pm). The total cost was $112! ALL 8 of the orders were wrong. 7 of us ordered soup with noodles and all the noodles were missing. 1 ordered beef with rice, it arrived in a clear bento and the beef was missing. We requested for cutlery, none were given. There was also no chilli or condiments. THIS IS ATROCIOUS. We contacted the driver who said this was all the restaurant prepared for pick up. We tried to get a refund but we are unclear of this status. IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISHONEST OUTLET. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
