Welcome F&B addition to One Punggol, especially a local one. However layout is not suitable for the demographic, seatings are too close & inconvenient for strollers. As of last weekend there were only 2 high chairs available. Easy fix and we hope management can make necessary improvements.

Everything is excellent 🤩 People are very nice and helpful. Great start here to get Good morning 🌞. … missing their Thai Green Milk tea, I always get that if there is in this outlet like in Siap Siap. 🤤

do NOT go there, go somewhere else better. attitude of some staffs is very bad. they have no 'heart' in serving. i brought my kids to have lunch there. ordered half-boiled eggs, but the eggs served are not even half cooked, probably 30% cooked and i could still see the transparent liquid. yakun eggs are much better to standards. when i told the staffs that my kids should not eat such under-cooked eggs, two staffs simply replied: "it's machines that cook the eggs." look, this is not customer service, this is just trying to blame a machine for the mediocre food. the kaya toast was badly done, cold, the kaya and butter spread was pathetic and covered very little part of the breads. mee rebus tasted bad too. after lunch, some of us felt unwell.

Bad quality and servicing, I bet you always get only warm teh-c. This restaurant had some bad smell always not sure why they may need to consider.

we told auntie kopi o is abit diluted n she remake for us. otak white toast ok. soft boiled eggs nice, price is cheaper than yakun. but i feel yakun taste beta.

My buzzer was pressed but other person’s item was on the tray, I had to bring my food back without tray. Grilled chicken noodles - the worst chicken soup I have ever drank in my life (it smells bad) and the noodle is tasteless

The system got problem never send order is one thing, the other thing is aunty default answer is "no order in means never pay money". No matter how good your food. Got this kind of experience everything taste bad. And it's just a simple check on the receipt. Already printed paid by credit card. Btw food preparation lousy also. Warm honey lemon will burn tongue. Yuan Yang is just coffee taste.

Food quality has dropped dramatically. We ordered the kaya butter toast. The toast had almost no butter and the kaya was so pale.

First visit and last one too. A spacious cafe but the food & service were below average. Paid $7.80 for the breakfast set, not worth the $. Teh C was too sweet & lukewarm only, so we asked for some hot water to dilute it, but the male staff was disgruntled!? The toast were crispy but kaya inside was lumpy and the portion miserly.
