I order almost daily through uber eats and 4 times I have received the order with no chicken, not sure how a chicken place can consistently forget to add the chicken to the bag of food. They’re so bad they have to write on the receipt to check the contents and STILL forget the main part of the meal and you can’t contact the stores directly The customer support line is a joke, very poor way to treat customers when trying to franchise your brand. Apologies given but no call back or refund or voucher. Uber won’t help so only option is to refuse to order from uber or el Jannah.

Went to dine in and struggled to find a clean table to sit at. Even after finally finding one, most of the surrounding tables were left messy like this. We stayed until we finished our food and during that whole time no one attempted to clean them up. It wasn’t even particularly busy, so it was disappointing to see most of the staff just standing around while customers were clearly struggling to find clean seating. It’s not pleasant trying to enjoy your food when the dining area looks like this. The food itself was decent, but maintaining a clean environment is important. It reflects the overall standard of the restaurant and gives customers confidence in how things are being handled behind the counter as well. Staff should pay more attention to keeping the dining area clean and organised.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at El Jannah Plumpton. Every single time I come here, something goes wrong either items are missing or the order is not prepared properly. Today was no different. I ordered a Chicken Deluxe Meal and a Charcoal Box, but only received one serving of chips and one sauce, even though I clearly asked for both garlic and chilli sauce. This kind of mistake keeps happening every time I visit, which is extremely frustrating. When we went back to ask for the missing sauce, the staff member at the front (a hijabi girl) seemed very annoyed not even a simple sorry or anything. That kind of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the pickle served with the meal was yellow and clearly not fresh. It didn’t look safe or appetising at all. Overall, the service and food quality seriously need improvement. It feels like a waste of money, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back again.

Shame on you! I ordered a Falafel Plate! But you didn't give me a pickle!! Also didn't give me a parsley and ALSO DIDN’T GIVE ME DAMN BREAD!!! How should I eat my falafel without DAMN BREAD?? How is it possible? Also, you didn't give me a garlic sauce for my CARBON DIOXIDE CHICKEN!!! 0 out of 10!!! I just burned my money and you ruined my night!

Unprofessional stuff. I feel the owner doesn't care about the quality of this restaurant. I hade. I was VERY hungry and this was my first meal of the day. I ordered a grill box.( take away ) I got a crispy one, the problem wasn't the wrong item. The big problem was i got old and cold items ( see pic ). I have 5 years experience working in restaurants, i can definitely tell when the oil is old, and the items as well. If you are someone would like to try this restaurant, make sure you get ur items right ✅️, and you get fresh one. Because the quality is 👎📛
