First time going to El Jannah; it has good food, easy ordering system, good sauce, decent options and table service. Would recommend for anyone to check out.

Food was very dissapointing and arrived cold. Tasted bad and the burger was messy and hard to eat. (Eating a burget shouldn't be a skill. In fact, this is the second worse burger i have ever tasted. Strongly don't recommand.

"We absolutely love El Jannah’s chicken, so this review isn't about the food quality—it’s about the broken pickup process. Even though I arrived at my scheduled time, the counter area was completely blocked by a crowd (as seen in the photo), making it impossible to even speak to staff. As a woman, I felt quite intimidated as the space was dominated by a group of men while others were pushed to the back. There is no clear queue or designated area for online orders. After 30 minutes of trying to get someone's attention, I finally spoke to a staff member only to be told they hadn't even started my order and to 'give them 5 more minutes.' It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if you have to fight through a crowd and wait 35 minutes past your pickup time. I’d love to keep coming here, but management needs a better system so all customers feel comfortable and seen."

So I wanted to see what all the hype has been about and I’m so glad I did. So for my first experience I decided on the Crispy Box as I was going thru drive-thru and it was awesome. I’ve never had such a thick and juicy chicken burger that tasted so good, and I’m talking almost three times as thick as the apparent “finger licking good” brand. The tender and piece of chicken was the same and tasted awesome, I’m also not a fan of too much salt, but these chips were perfectly seasoned and to top it off the sweet and spicy sauce was great. I’m definitely going back to try something different next time and I highly recommend El Jannah Chicken (like most others)

I visited the new El Jannah location in Tarneit recently, and while the atmosphere is impressive, the food didn't quite hit the mark I’ve come to expect from the brand. The Atmosphere The venue itself is immaculately clean. It is bright, inviting, and there is light everywhere, making it a very comfortable spot for a sit-down meal. The staff clearly take pride in maintaining the physical space. The Food Quality Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the chicken itself. It seems they are cooking too much, too fast; there were clearly more chickens stacked in the display than there were customers to eat them. Because of this over-preparation: Temperature: My portion was served cold, which significantly diminished the overall taste. Texture: Compared to other venues from this same franchisee, the breast meat was notably dry and lacked flavor. It feels like the kitchen is prioritizing speed over the juicy, charcoal-grilled quality El Jannah is known for. I hope they can balance their cooking rotation better in the future, as the venue has great potential.
