Excuse the photos, they are just for proof I actually ate here. These 1 star reviews must be bogus, let's start with the service, the team here are so friendly and happy to help with ordering. I don't normally like breast pieces, but the piece I had was so tender and juicy, full of flavour. The tenders and toast was so delicious and the biscuits with butter and honey was amazing. Honestly the service here is what prompted me to write this, they deserve a fair go the food was great!

I was super excited to see a flappys open up closer to home. I should have read the reviews first as maybe I wouldn’t have bothered but it was the biggest let down. Customer service wasn’t too bad. Few other options nearby to go visit instead.

We did a drive through pickup on a weekday afternoon with no issues. The app options could be improved for this though. The food was fresh, tasty and priced fairly. Ignore the negative reviews and give them a go.

Went to Marsden Park tonight. Still needs a lot of improvement on the service side. Ordered at the register where 2 staff members saw me approaching, was standing in front of me, continued giggling at whatever they were looking at on the screen, with no acknowledgment ie “won’t be long” until a 3rd staff member had to step in to take my order 🤪 also, check your takeaway bags before you leave. I was on the verge of doing it but because there were a few boxes in my bag, I can’t be bothered and was rushing to get home. Turns out I was missing $20 worth of order.
